Anyone an expert on either 'verse?

I feel like I can handle analyzing the Fhogre's behaviour & P&A, but I'm not too knowledgeable on that for the Bouncer.

Update. Match has made some progress. Turns out D&D has a universal power system to let temperature feats done via magic scale to physicals. Situation for bioshock is unclear, since not many people have chimed in about it for scaling temperature feats to physicals.

More interestingly, some progress has been made, & some votes have been cast.
