This is a matchup I've seen around and this is a fair fight.

Rules: Speed Equalized. Otherwise SBA.

Someone made the exact same match up here and it was a mismatch. Under normal SBA DMM soul haxes Sonic right off the bat and if Sonic is bloodlusted then he uses one of his unavoidable thought based hax and kills Megaman.
