Considering that a 5-A can win against a 4-A, probably makes this ok.

(if it's a stomp then sorry)

Waluigi vs Vanilla Ice
  • Speed is equalized
  • Location is DIO's mansion at night (and yes this is Vampire Vanilla)
  • Ice is bloodlusted (not in obsessed way)
WAH:
Ice Cream:
Janitor:

Uhhhh, I'm not seeing what Waluigi can do against Void Manip, Deconstruction, or BFR...

But Waluigi also has a range advantage and can YEET Bomb-Ombs until Ice dies so I dunno

Less a stomp and more a mismatch, it's literally a who shoots first. Waluigi taps Ice, ****** dies instantly.
Ice touches Waluigi? Deconstruction, Void and BFR all at once goes brrrrrrrrrrr.

Though Ice has a slight advantage due to being in an enclosed location (a building) he's familiar with, meaning his main weakness is less likely to be exploited and he has a general idea of the area so he'd know kinda where to aim.

Ice is also immune to most attacks while in the void as well (due to, being a void, and all attacks just get voided and BFR'd if they hit his "void space").
But he's also blind while in the void and has to systematically move and aim based on educated guesses and calculation, he sometimes would need to peek out of the void to see if he hit his foe and to figure out what's happened.

So in the current situation Ice probably wins due to the location, at long range, Waluigi has a better chance to win (just tag him when he peeks out and get him by surprise like Pol did when he skewered him through the mouth), mid to close distance is likely incon.

So it's basically just dependent on the situation at hand.

Vanilla Ice has High-Mid regen, he can just peek out his head up to his eyes and only that part of the body will be destroyed if Waluigi tags him, the rest of his body will be left untouched and allow him to recover thanks to his stand.

The ability to regenerate from being blown / cut to pieces, or from a small piece of the user's body, such as a severed head, a single organ, or a finger.

Vanilla falls under that. He needs his brain intact to survive, or at least a chunk of it, total head annihilation is a issue even if the 95% of the rest of him being dusted means **** all.

Haven't debated for JoJo in a while so my memory could be rusty. Still, can't Ice just peek out of Cream in a place where his head is least likely to appear from the sphere?

Well heres the thing; does waluigi have any way of revealing Cream's location in the Void? In JoJo, Polnareff figured out he could kick dust up to reveal his location due to Cream inhaling the dust, so if waluigi has a typical attack he normally uses that can create particles to be inhaled via cream then I think waluigi has the advantage. Otherwise its just "Who strikes first: The Game"

He does, hell anyone above like tier 8 does via just kicking up a **** ton of debris over a wide enough area, but he's not gonna figure out Cream's schtick in most situations before it's to late.

Well his intelligence would be the deciding factor, as Polnareff who figured it out is "above average" Meanwhile the lean bean purple machine is deemed a Genius. So it could be argued that waluigi could find out, or we could presume his cocky behavior would get ahead of him in some scenarios of this aswell.

Being a genius doesn't help you figure out something with nothing to go on. (Well, it can, but not in Waluigi's case).
The issue is with Cream, by the time you realize what's going, you're [probably already dead. Waluigi or anyone really, would need a bit of demonstration to deduce what's going on, is he invisible? Did he teleport away? Did he just shrink? Did he literally eat himself and is now dead? The first logical conclusion isn't a void of destruction, so the workaround o finding his location isn't something one would pick up at at first. Pol seen the ability in action extensively, had a friend die to save him (only reason he didn't die) and was outright told how it worked by Vanilla, he didn't actually need to figure anything out.

So again, depends on range mostly, if Waluigi is further away he could maybe get tipped off and figure it out, but up close he won't have that luxury. Points above more or less still apply.

Well yeah obviously it comes down to range, but more explicitly starting distance (Dunno if OP said what it was or just location.) You could be the smartest man ever but if you start 5m from someone who just magically goes invisible, I dont think you stand much of a chance.
