Hello, sorry to bother but could you give your input here? Is to solve a sort of conflict/discussion about if 096 fight against 682 would apply/scale to 096 first key/original file. 096 profile make it look like that's something that only apply to his second/extended canon key but someone instead claim that the battle scale to first key, so could you clarify if indeed that's the case?

Hey Ovens, question.

Are you planning to add some things to Mori Jin's/Dan's intelligence section? I find it pretty lackluster, honestly. I'm gonna start re-reading GoH so I can gather some concrete skill feats to add to his intelligence section, honestly. Kinda like how characters like Luffy and Zoro have their sections formatted to have all of their combat feats.

What do you think?

Hey, I was investigating the Mibu Balloon of Soul, and wondered if Sekiro should get possible or limited Soul Manipulation by absorbing others' souls as Resurrective Power? I talked with a friend who spoke and read Japanese and apparently the Japanese name better translates as "Mibu Balloon of Soul-Gathering". Given that the item itself increases chances of acquiring resurrective power, is this enough to go on to give Sekiro Soul Manipulation?

I have had a few matches in mind that was burdened by the issue I'd with speed equal but with the giving of this new information it cleared up a lot of things, so uh... well, can you direct me to where I can find this information versus thread rules or some other place that talks about this and/or give me a bit more information so I can avoid the mess that I made before and stop saying misinformation about speed equalization rules.
