Skill Wars: A New Skill

Nasu's Kojiro, Musashi, and Yagyu are about to get a significant skill upgrade, so they are probably gonna shoot up this list when it goes through

Are those Shimosa feats? I'm sure they were already used here.

Nope. Most of the Shimosa skill feats, especially the most important ones, were not mentioned on the profiles. Shit like surpassing Time, Space, Existence, etc. Through raw skill, just straight up isn't on the profiles

They also straight up elevated themselves to infinite speed through raw skill

1. That kind of skill is banned via rules. Which is why Khorne is not on the list.

2. It being through skill without context on how it can be achieved is just plain hax. Similar to how Ikki Kurogane transcended a bunch of shit and gained literal hax by training hard and not giving up.

What rules?

They're on the OP, people:

"Combat applicable skills only

Based on impressive skill feats and scaling from them. Experience statements & connceptual feats won't be accepted

One per verse"

Skill

Nah, it's something about how there was more mystery in the past so the stronger humans actually were equal to Servants. Like, Arthur has a line in UBW about how she's about as strong as she was while alive, and I believe Hector mentions something similar.

Not sure what kind of skill you are referring to that is banned, because we don't need statements of skill, we can work based off of them transcendening human limitation in the Nasuverse. It's also absurd feats done via this as the explanation, like a sword being literally impossible to use good in combat for a human then being wielded effectively by Kojiro.

They do give plenty of context on how this was achieved.

It's still stupid surpassing time and space with sheer skill, it's totally impossible, more than some other things. Ikki can have all kinds of bullshit, but even Earl knows the fact Ikki broke the chains of fate via skill isn't a valid feat.

It may be dumb, but they do completely explain how this happens, and it isn't some vague "he was trying really hard" either, or anything like that. Even for shit like Yagyu becoming a mirror of creation or whatever is explained through skill as well, the other stuff is just extra. Even before Yagyu went full void, we saw him literally countering every possible future through his mirroring techniques, and this is without the use of hax, at all. Let me say that again; without the use of hax, he was able to basically counter a slightly weaker version of the almighty through raw skill, via his ability to account for every possibility, with explanations built in. The hax is all extra.

Someone asked me to defend Cap?

Still fully stating that Cap's feats are actually shown instead of just being statements. Only Yujiro and Sasaki can compare in that. Most of the people talk a lot of good shtuff but don't have the execution. Like Musashi. Doesn't show anything skilled, but has statements up the butt.

Is this Fate's Musashi or Baki's Musashi you are talking about? Because the Sword Saints from fate actually do have some absurd shown skill feats that don't just come from raw statements, like the one that I mentioned above for Yagyu

Yeah but that's complete bull (not bull as in untrue but shounen unexplainable superpower bull). Cap's, Hawkeye's, Iron Fist's, and Black Panther's skill feats are all on panel, and they're all rated lower than Taskmaster in skill.

Also outskilling the Internet, let alone the Marvel Internet, is being downplayed to heck and back.

Up until 3 days ago jax was in 1st, and even call agreed that jax would be in 1st on the previous thread

From what's on her profile she is just said to be the strongest Knight with extensive knowledge in combat and martial arts.
Vandre mastered every martial arts that exists despite only being like 20 years old, would think he is more skilled, the most skilled? Doubtful cause apparently the guys here do absurd things here where their skill is straight up hax.

Most of the powers they got don't actually make the difference to the skill feats. What's important about Kojiro's technique bordering on true magic is that he managed to master a technique via being skilled enough to master a phenomenon that whole generations of mages try to even get close to unlocking through insane amount of studying and researching, yet he managed to get there via raw sword skill. Him being able to "be skilled enough to refract his blade to overlap possibility" isn't the important part, unlike what most people try or imply. In other words, it isn't that he is necessarily able to pull off a bullshit technique that, by the logic of our world, should be impossible, it's that he is arguably better at swordsmanship than a ******* Grand Caster is at their trade of magecraft. Make sense?

To use Yagyu's skill feat again, we get an exact description of what and how he is doing what he does. It's a visual novel like medium, so this is that equivalent. We know exactly how his sword mastery works, and exactly how he is skilled enough through swordsmanship that he can counter Fate Hax, and we even get the specific mechanism he does this by

And there wasn't anyone aside from you and Cal who agreed. It's blatantly obvious the majority of users here didn't agree to that.
I dont recall anyone ever actually disproving him being number 1 though, let alone why he would only be number 4

I actually showed quotes of Fugil's, Lux's, Singlen's and Mishis' feats and you still say Fugil is only statements.

Batman shouldn't even be on here, he's not remotely close to DC's top martial artist. Richard Dragon absolutely mogs Batman, Karate Kid mogs Batman, Batman One Million is far superior, Batman shouldn't be on here honestly, not when many persons superior exist.

While I agree Batman is way above many of the people on this list (he beats the hell out of Goku for example), he still isn't a top dog. Also, Lady Shiva outskills him hard.
