Which does what exactly? I don't see anything that would place Levi's sword skills above Mihawk's despite the latter being able to skill stomp Zoro who can skill stomp Fishmen while in a mutilated state, said fishmen are also stated to be stronger swordsman than most humans.

Well in that case I should give some more reasons for why Oryx is very skilled.

Oryx was the god king of the Hive, a race of aliens that is all about survival of the fittest, waging war on everything else in the universe. Oryx has been doing this for billions of years, fighting all kinds of foes, including other Hive, such as his sisters, who are comparable to him. They would fight each other to constantly sharpen themselves. Oryx would always explore new things and search for new methods for basically anything he came across, which includes ways of battle.

But the most important part is that he gains the skill and knowledge of everyone he's ever killed or Taken, which should number in the quadrillions. And in Destiny there were a lot of tough opponents for Oryx to face in his rise to godhood.

Too bad conceptual statements don't count with a Knight specifically having concept hax through skill.
