Cause characters from other series can do stuff like predict attacks and have entire battles in their minds. I recently rewatched a fight from Thunderbolt Fantasy first season where Screaming Phoenix Killer got stomped by his opponent who predicted how many strikes he was going to win.

there is nothing he cannot cut in a single slash as long as it is with a sword even phenomenons, concepts and futures e.t.c.
