"And can I help you, sir...? Ma'am...?" The shopkeep said suspiciously, looking up at Sylvia as she watched Siglos scamper away.
"It's ma'am. And... yes, you can help me." Sylvia murmured, "Do you have anything on... biology? Medicine, physiology, stuff like that..."
The shopkeep thought for a moment, before answering. "Are you looking for something simple, to pass the time? Or are you a student of sorts."
"...call me a student. I'm doing... my own research." Sylvia explained, "The more thorough and complex, the better."
"You'll have to head to the back for that. I'd recommend Julius' series on mysticism and physical ascetics." The shopkeep said, drawing Sylvia's attention to the deepest recesses of the shop.
"I've read a bit from Julius... he did work with asceticism..?" Sylvia questioned.
"Yep. Some kind of... guide to physical and self discipline. Goes really in depth at some points, though some of it is also religious mumbo-jumbo." The shopkeep explained.
Sylvia nodded, turning to the side. "I appreciate the help. Thanks."
"Uh huh." The shopkeep said nonchalantly, before leaning back in his chair, preparing to drift back into his nap which Sylvia and Siglos had promptly interrupted. Sylvia merely sighed, glancing at Siglos as he did whatever he was doing... she kept her senses locked onto the man, before trudging to the back of the store to do her own research.
