    It is accepted and has been since even before I joined, we just don't rate AP for hax anymore (But that's why he used to be High 3-A, and low 2-C before even that), hence why it was removed, it's not an offensive ability, it's basically just a "no u" type thing that has some fucky levels of potency and AOE.

    Go Beyond does in fact have "Explosive Spin" imbued with it yeah, in fact, it's a void that has the spin, but it's still not the same thing as the explosive bubbles Josuke shoots out of his fingers or filled the room against WoU as those ones still use actual bubbles while Go Beyond's defining feature is that it doesn't use anything.

    That's actually why it can bypass the Calamity bullshit, as Spin can bypass Calamity, it surpasses the logic of the world or whatever, but unfortunately the things Spin is imbued with or used as a conduit do not, so they still get ****** by Calamity.
    (For example, if Gyro or Johnny used Spin steel balls or Nails, the Spin itself would likely be fine and ignore Calamity, but because it uses a conduit of a steel ball and nail, which do not ignore calamity, the attacks will still get ******.) This applies to Josuke's other spin attacks as they still use a physical bubble which is why only Go Beyond, the void one that doesn't exist could hit Toru/WoU, as the Spin's conduit was quite LITERALLY nothing.
    Basically, Go Beyond is a void, with Spin.

    "That" isn't talking about the fact it's just explosive spin, "That" is the whole of it, being "they do not exist, and they're just spin, so they can go through whatever the **** they want". That isn't a property of the Spin, but rather the property of the whole thing he just said (The pass-through anything part is due to them not existing, the transcending calamity part is due to spin), the Spin's contribution is the resistance to law/fate/luck/whatever WOU is cooking manip (Also the fact it can explode, sever curses, etc but whatever you get me).


    It's why both "Something that does not exist in this world" and "Explosive Spin" are highlighted, he's referring to the combination of them as to why it can do all the funny meme shit it does.



    Also here's another example of Go Beyond alt+deleting shit it passes through, though you probably noticed it already.

    Not really elaborated on in those examples, or at least not clarified, but the Infinite Rotation deconstructs you down to at least a cellular level, and the pieces then get sucked into an alternate dimension until nothing is left of you in this world.

    Funny gets sucked underground, but after he's done being torn apart the remnants will be sent to an alternate dimension (As Johnny says, after he died, he got sent to an alternate dimension).
    And the same with the girls, once broken apart, the pieces get sent away.

    The dimension in question isn't specified but it's not that hard to figure out, based on what we know about Tusk, it's probably the gap between dimensions (as in the gap between universes), or the gap between dimensions (mathematical this time; that johnny can reach when an object spirals down toward infinity).

    Not really. Act 4 was only ever used in two fights. We just know it happens because it's explicitly stated to happen multiple times, those struck by Act 4 eventually break down and get sent to an alternate dimension. Assuming it's working on the same basis as Act 3, I have some scans of that though in how that works.

    The BFR isn't tied to killing you, it's tied to the deconstruction. The bits that it breaks you down into get sent into an alternate dimension. If, for some reason, you could survive as tiny minuscule bits of yourself, there'd be no reason why you wouldn't get BFR'd, but it's not like Act 4 touches you and sends you away instantly, it's a byproduct of breaking apart. It's less about killing and more about being broken apart.

    Already did, the speed is the more impressive part, did a full swing in the time it moved literally 4 pixels.
    I have a Part 6 overhaul cooking. Calcwise there's only two calcs left to do, DD stopping that bottle from crushing Annasui is one, especially because it's directly stated that the Stand's strength decreases in direct proportion to the height decrease, aka DD stopping the bottle would scale to him as if he stopped a bottle that big at normal height.

    Got about 16 tons for LS, about Class 25 but I need to iron it first.
    is what I would say, but I got distracted and started doing RE4, Batman and Part 3 overhauls since, Ill finish the Part 6 stuff up eventually.

    The Cross symbol though is "10" btw. And then it gets an added prefix for how many or following numbers iirc.

    See that a lot in JoJo saying things like "tens of meters".



    The last symbol is times and the first symbol is the prefix.



    It just means "several (multiples amounts of) tens of times", though it's usually translated to mean dozens of times, but if you wanna be anal about it, it's several tens iirc. Love Deluxe had the same kanji for her range so I already went through this.

    I just went with the minimum of "Tens of Meters" given it's just range and the wiki has a "Tens of Meters" rating.

    If you wanna get hyper literal. It's saying there's a multiple set of tens. It isn't exactly several, many, dozens, etc, it's just saying it is a multiple set of tens. Could be 20, could even be 90. Though tbh I'd personally go with 30m as a low end given if it was 20, there's other words they could've used instead.

    In the case of JoJo it's been used for stands with 20-30m range (googoo dolls), and stands with range nearly 100m (aqua necklace, surface) and somewhere in the middle (love deluxe). It's a bit vague but it's probably intentionally vague on purpose to give a bit of leeway..

    MIH is totally harmless to people anyway so RTZ wouldn't have activated automatically, for the same reason why it ain't activating automatically every Jotaro across the planet stops time, or why it didn't activate against time skip until Diavolo actually attempted to do something that would've resulted in harming Gio. People can still do things, it's only when those things will result in hurtful or detrimental effects against Gio that they end up getting nullified.
    The actual answer is because it'd be ******* stupid to have a dude from the last arc just show up in like the final chapter, kill the main villain, and **** off, it's stupid from a narrative point of view and Araki puts the story above random powerscaling bullshit any day

    Hey Chariot, I am trying to get into JoJo, but I don't know where to start.

    Should I start with the Anime, or should I start with the manga?

    Anime for part 1, anime for part 2, manga for part 3, manga for part 4, anime for part 5, manga for part 6

    Some seasons better than others, part 1 anime has cut content from the manga, but it's short and what is there is close enough, part 2 anime is based tho. Part 3 anime is exceptionally bad, awful pacing, to give an idea, Part 4/5/6 all have 38 episodes while Part 3 has 48 episodes, despite the fact it's like 35% shorter than all of them in the manga, they extended arcs and made it draw on. Just go with manga.
    Part 4 anime idk, theyre kinda even, like manga though.

    Part 5 anime is basically a perfect adaptation, best season.

    Part 6 anime is dogshit, like it's bad part 6 manga is mid af too but shrug

    Though when it comes to the manga, it's mostly fan translations so it isn't perfect, and I've found that out the hard way, which is why I've combed over the raws for CRT's because a lot of lines get tweaked but, for reading purposes instead of battle boarding bullshit? It's totally sufficient.

    I'd also recommend reading Another Day once you finish Part 4, Purple Haze Feedback once you finish Part 5, GioGio 2 once you finish Clash and Talking head, and Crazy Diamond's Demonic Heartbreak for spinoff material (before you start part 4).

    Part 7 is a soft reboot and takes place in an alternate world it's also the best part by a hilarious amount and has actual decent writing
    Part 8 is a direct sequel as direct as taking place 110 years later can be anyway

    Kira activates Bites the Dust, blows away time, returns back in time 1 hour as that 1 hour was blown away. Is how it's explained, basically time travel via blowing off a chunk of time.
    He's hallucinating in that specific scene though, he just thinks he activated Bites the Dust, in reality he was killed before he got it off as Star Platinum crippled him, and thus couldn't press the detonation switch, before having his face torn off by being run over by an ambulance, and he's just going through denial, which he finds out a few minutes later
