But the answer is he doesn't have a defined limit, but it's limit never became an issue at any point so it's at least long enough to where it doesn't matter a whole lot (Given it's Dio like 20 years after Part 3 tho, chances are he doesn't have a limit anymore. Even in the manga Dio said over time he'd eventually be able to stop it as long as he wants), and the profile should have examples of it? At the very least when the screen flashes white, that's him stopping time (It's layered).
