  • I heard you're a knoweldgable JoJo fan, so I thought I'd ask you. But is GE's Age Manipulation accepted to work on humans on this Wiki?

Yeah, which guide are they from? And where can I read/look into it?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
JoJoveller, which is one of three guides, and that's the thing, ya don't. It cost me like 150$ to import a copy because nobody has bothered scanning them, let alone translating them. Which is something I'm working on. I sent the GER and King Crimson bios in full to get translated by a mod (redgrave I think?) the other day, King Crimson is done, just needs to be put in a blog. GER is also done, but nothing of value was in it except obligatory "he's strong" "he can set deaths to zero" "ultimate stand" etc. so nothing we dont already know.

Oh. It sucks that they don't officially translate a lot of manga & anime guidebooks. Thanks though.
Why doesn't The Infinite Rotation have 2-A AP? Wasn't it able to hit a force that contains infinite amount of universes?
    Gohanblanco217
    Gohanblanco217
    Shouldn't this be enough for a possibly/likely High 3-A?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
    You'd think but eh.
Maybe figure that out later, the AP CRT should be very soon, just finishing up the last bit and then writing things out with some help. Honestly hoping to finish the last bit today actually. If all goes well, maybe we could look into at least a likely/possibly if enough info is gathered and a compelling and solid argument can be made that is also legit, hell you reminded that I never actually bothered to check Tusk in the guide, maybe something neat is in there.
    Gohanblanco217
    Gohanblanco217
    Well what about that :

It clearly say the Ball Breaker (which should scale to the Infinite Rotation) does increase it's rotational energy (Kinetic energy) to infinte if we go by context it's clearly not talking about the ability of IR to follow you forever and it's more like talking about destructive force so this is something that should scale to AP, no ? , it clearly says that the rotation energy would be infinitely increased, so don't know if this is enough evidence
    Your input would be great

I can't really debate in a vs match for the time being, busy with other things. But, if there's anything in particular that needs to be answered, if anyone has any specific questions or things along those lines, I can do that at least. But actively debate? Not right now.
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Literally working on a verse wide range CRT as we speak. I have it done up to around part 6.

A good chunk of the profiles are vague in range clarification. A good chunk just list the Stand's manifestation range and calls it day, which is super ******* vague all things considered.
    Zencha9
    Zencha9
It's just a minor justification change but it's fine if you're worked up
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
It's more along the lines, I'm already covering detailing his range in the CRT, along with the rest of the verse more or less. A few are fine though but like 90% aren't.
Shit like "Hundreds of Kilometers with Harvest" with zero specification on why, where that's from, is that attack range, what about the user himself, is this only for a specific ability, what's the conditions if so, etc is abundant through the profiles.
Are we going to make a profile for Wonder of U?

Eh Does Josuke new ability ignore durability or something?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
From what I can tell, yeah. I'm going to simplify it, but it's kinda being treated as some sort of mini Cream in function. Basically annihilates whatever it touches and exists and doesn't exist at the same time, can pass through "anything", almost as if deleting the things it passed through.

Though we're still learning the specifics, hell he can't even use it properly, some of his bubbles just so happen to be of that type and he doesn't quite know how to use them at a whim, he only knows they exist and wants to learn how to use them. He can also fire bubbles like Johnny does with his bullets, as if the callbacks to Part 7 weren't enough.
    Hey, could you comment here?

    Noted, thanks for the help.

Edit: Actually, how does BTD work with type 1 acausality?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Type 1? Who knows, it never interacted with that in canon. Though iirc, isnt that time paradox immunity?
It should be fine, BTD doesn't kill you in the past, it kills you in the present then just rewinds time, and when the time you'd have died normally happens again (after a hour passes given it rewinds time that much), you just explode regardless of if he interacted with you that time because you're now fated to die.

It has nothing to do with the past, it's actually fate manip and technically killing you in the future. So you'd need to resist fate manip to ignore BTD.
The novel version works a tad differently but that's off topic.

Hi chariot I have a question for you :

While johnny Joestar first needs to build momentum to achieve golden rotation The principle behind Tusk ACT4 derives from the use of the Golden Spin, which requires Johnny to make his horse run in its "natural state". By doing so, the horse produces rotational energy in the form of the Golden Rectangle and by combining it with Tusk Act 4 so he can create the infinite rotation ability, however is there any way for Johnny do it instantly? (a shortcut for his ability?) or it just takes this long?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Who knows, some time had passed since. All I know is he can manifest Act 4 without a horse.
If I had to guess, it'd have something to do with the Steel Ball. And it did display an aspect of the IR in this scene with spinning the box (Much like the cart against Valentine).

it other words he can bring out his stand but it wouldn't have infinite force since he first needs to create it first. No?

That's the thing, Act 4 is technically the IR manifested physically, Act 4 shouldn't be able to be manifested without being summoned while in the form of the Infinite Spin.

Honestly I don't have a answer to this because there is none. But for shortcuts, yes he can instantly activate Act 4 and the IR via the use of a steel ball on his horse kickstarting it, it's what he did against Valentine as his horse was bleeding out and couldn't move itself to generate the natural energy.
Though I'm making note of the fact he can do so without his horse, how, we don't know, so if you'd prefer to ignore that I suppose that's fine due to it being vague.
    Gohanblanco217
    Gohanblanco217
Okay thanks, are you gonna make a profile for the novel characters (like novel for example) or it still too early for that ?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
I have some drafts done for a handful already. Though not all are from Jorge (There's a few though).
There's two from Genesis of the Universe, one from GioGio 2 and one from Another Day.
I could probably honestly post Satanic Coupler now given he has his own feats he can scale off and doesn't need to scale off anything, he's a pretty solid standalone 8-C with supersonic movement and abilities.

I'm just finishing up Part 1 of the revisions (straightforward, just range changes or clarification on characters and some missing abilities), would have been posted last week if ******** didnt decide to die for the foreseeable future, also spent all of yesterday doing some calcs and recalcs, notably for HG to fall back on.
heard that there was some big jojo crt thats gonna happen soon, whats it gonna be about iff you can tell me
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
But regarding your question, the IR made contact with some leaves upon his death and due to the nature of the energy, it never ceased, the leaves took that energy and became a whole Stand colony with the power of moving things as Johnny used the IR in that moment to transfer and move something from his son over to himself.
That's an extremely simplified version of what happened but more or less, do with that information as you will.
    Gohanblanco217
    Gohanblanco217
And can this new stand do? Did it keep it's old abilities? (IR abilities)
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Just the ability Johnny used at the time.
Can you tell me where did Rayquaza (Pokémon) got his MFTL+ feat? Like do you have any scan for it?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
They open a wormhole into Ultra Space.
Ultra Space being a dimension that connects to innumerable alternate universes via warpholes.

UB's fly through Ultra Space to reach these warpholes, with the warpholes being light-years apart.

When it says you arrived ____ly from your starting point, it isn't talking about the place you exited into (Which is an alternate reality) but rather the warphole itself.

"You arrived at a warphole ____ light-years from where you were".
    Is the exact quote.

Note, it's not saying the place you arrived at is light-years away, but rather the warphole itself you arrived at was light-years away.

And this scales linearly as well, if you fly for ten seconds and say you enter a wormhole 100ly away, but if you fly for 20 seconds then enter one, it'll say 200ly away. It's scaling the distance flown, hence why it specifies the warphole was that far, not the exit, which tends to be completely different realities (For example, Guzzlords warphole leads into a post apocalyptic future where humanity is long gone and civilization collapsed. You find Guzzlord itself eating at a collapsed building which is the equivalent to the bustling mall near the starting town, albeit destroyed and decayed, in contrast to the main reality.

Put simply, the UB's just fly through a big ass dimension to reach portals that are light-years apart.

I'm not sure if I can explain it any better then that from mobile, maybe I can find a player's guide or something that goes into more detail, no promises tho.

Thanks, is there any other impressive speed feats that you you didn't mention yet?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Probably. I know there's sol solar beams and FTL based on that. Some seismic toss bullshit. The Dark Matter beams (MFTL+, was canon but now isn't canon atm), Deoxys as a whole (came from deep space), Elgyem spaceships (came from a different galaxy), Ultra Necrozma lighting up all of Ultra Space (Insane atk speed), Arceus galaxy sized shockwaves, etc.

Off the top of my head, that's all I can think of that's noteworthy, there's more but I'd have to dig into my pc to see what I got saved.

How does kars adaptation work, it is kind of confusing me. Does he need to physically see a person to mimic them
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
No, he just needs to "experience" it.
Which is extremely widespread given how many senses he has (hundreds of types beyond the main human 6 of vision, hearing, touch, etc). He doesn't even need to "understand" it to actually copy or mimic it in the sense of he knows exactly how it functions and what it can do, take Whitesnake for example, it hit him, he "understood it", and copied it. But he didn't know what it did or actually understood it in the general sense of the word untill he read Pucci's mind, he simply innately understood it because he's "The Ultimate Thing" (And yes, that's actually the reason given canonically), aka Understand is the name of the ability.

Same with D4C, he never once actually saw what D4C looked like, he simply experienced it, and copied it in full, including the Stand's body (but on steroids) despite having never seen it.

He also copied Dune from looking through someone's memory despite having never interacted with the thing himself for the most part.

That is to say, no, he doesn't need to physically see an ability, simply being under something's effect, having an ability try and effect him and so on is enough, though that isn't to say he can't adapt and understand from visuals, he can do that as well. And for more basic abilities, simply knowing that it exist is enough.

Kars' can reasonably adapt to and copy any ability within JoJo, up to the year 2012, as that was when the novel came out and every ability up to the point exists within the novel's canon and then some new ones and it's hammered in that Kars has the potential to copy them all and adapt if he ever encountered them or felt the need to (Kars in the novel is extremely apathetic, so much so he's actually a good dude and lost basically all his evil intent). So I guess, if you want an extensive list of abilities he can in theory copy or abilities and approximations close to it, look up "List of Stands" on the jojo wiki, that'd give you a good chunk (chunk, not all) of his capabilities.

    GER cannot RtZ passives?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Technically speaking they should be equal in speed. Given RTZ is a semi-automatic infinite speed ability that makes it so anything that effects Giorno or GER never happened even if they already got effected.

That sounds like more than enough to grant Acausality type 1 actually.

Actually, another question but can DIO teleport himself to his dimension with a thought? I'm not sure if it is in character for him, but I can't imagine that he can't do that.

And another question, but where exactly is his Dimension located? Is it outside the multiversal, or within it? If its the latter, I assume people would be able to find it?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
    Yes he can.

Don't know, no info exists regarding that. But he created it himself though, and if he wanted, he could create another.
All we really have is Funny is never shown getting there normally with D4C, but that may not mean anything.
Hey is novel GER multiversal or does he have multiversal bfr? Eitherway, he is leagues above canon gio, no?
    Gohanblanco217
    Gohanblanco217
Where did you get Multiversal GER from?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
    Multi-universal BFR.
Depends, he has a few weaknesses that canon GER doesn't have.
They're more like two different takes on the same character, but due to the abilities being vague as ****, in action they're quite different due to authorial interpretation.
    Hey, I noticed something.
Gio's Karma manipulation I feel like is something that most people don't factor into his battles. Even more so broken that with GER he retains those abilities. Most battles, what is stopping Gio from Karma manipulating and ending most of his opponents. For instance, Yhwach. Yhwach rei crushes and ends up rei crushing a shit ton of bees and dies. His karma manip needs to be mentioned more, unless its just not that powerful, but from what we saw physical and even abilities are subject to the karma. What do you think?
    Jayslice
    Jayslice
I get that, but its still there nonetheless and should be used more. I believe Gio could have wayyyy more wins under his belt from karma manip alone. Summons a tree and someone one shots it, boom, death lol.
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
You aren't wrong, his ability can even reflect abilities, as shown with Gravity manip.
It's also specified it reflects the damage too, if the target gets cut, scratched, even blown through, the target will have the same wound appear on them.
In GioGio 2, which is basically canon, he created a animal in the path of a sniper bullet, the animal got show through, and the wound reflected onto the shooter hundreds of meters away by virtue.
It's quite a good ability, though for reflecting abilities that can enter some NLF so that's a bit hard to judge, though the damage reflect aspect is straightforward.
    Jayslice
    Jayslice
I can agree with that. It could become NLF in some instances, but I feel like in most instances its safe to assume, most physical based abilities are reflected back. And like I said, with that ability alone he could solo. Imagine Gio just making shit tons of wildlife in the DBZ verse. One planet buster is all its gon take lol.
Do you think that Made in Heaven after accelerating for a few minutes, is able to kidnap Lucy Steel from Love Train before Funny does something?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Im looking for the bunko scans, not that easy to find.

GER cannot RtZ because he can't RtZ the Infinity?

But that's wrong though? RTZ is just an ability name, it isn't actually some math based ability or anything like that, it's causality manipulation. It being infinity doesn't matter.
Also JoJoveller calls RTZ the ultimate stand ability and it's able to return anything and everything to nothing, in the same book that has Act 4 and Ball Breaker so like...
Act 4 is definitely the second best Stand in canon, but GER's RTZ can still effect him.
    WyattR612
    WyattR612
    Oh, i see.

But Gold Experience Requiem wasn't named 'The Ultimate Stand' in 'JOJO-A-GO!GO!' where Tusk isn't there?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
GER actually was basically called the ultimate stand in jojoagogo too, but that book came out before part 7, he wasnt there yet.
Though in jojoveller, a book that goes up to early part 8, calls RTZ the ultimate stand ability that can set anything and everything to zero.
So the ability at least still has the title of ultimate.
Hey, Chariot just a few questions: Is Kars able to copy powers up to 2-A? And also, is beyond going to be treated as high 2-A, or low 1-C?
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
He didn't ignore it, at least not outright, JoJi was helping.
Would be country to multi-continental, not planet, but yeah it needs a upgrade.
    Jayslice
    Jayslice
I can settle on multi cont most def. And i dunno if its on his page, but peeps gotta know its passive. And i also went over to the jojo wiki. Apparently STHU is actually quicker than STH. I meant to bring this up to you, but it should be noted that it accelerates faster.
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
MIHU? Yeah it's faster, but at the same time, most people dont realize MIH itself is way faster then most people think.
In the manga, when it first accelerates, it takes awhile.
But the second time against Emporio, it's acceleration is much quicker, starting off at weeks being crunched down instantly instead of just hours like it did the first time.

And in the novel, within one monologue it was crunching tens of thousands of years by the end of it (given it explicitly points out that the numbers on a digital calendar where going into quads digits by the seconds, which is ******* weird that a digital clock would last that long, before it and everything else began crumbling to component chemicals moments before Pucci began his attack).

It's way faster then most people give it credit for, so MIHU having a quick acceleration feat may not actually be because of it having a quicker accel time, but rather MIH just being able to accelerate faster then most people think, I say this because it's never actually said anywhere MIHU has a faster time, and based off feats, it doesnt seem that far off what we've seen of MIH at base ignoring the initial time in the manga.

So really, I'm more inclined to just say, MIH regardless of form can accelerate at greater speeds then most think it can based on actual showings and feats.

And for Dune, well maybe, it honestly depends entirely on how much sand is on Mars, if we know the the amount, we can get a calc for it with ease.
Tusk ACT 4 can move during King Crimson's time erase? He can move during Diego's time stop because some gravity shit, but time erase does not possess this weakness, so could it?

And by the way, happy 2021!
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
    Probably not.
Act 4 could move in time stop due to it being gravity itself basically, and gravity and time have a direct correlation in jojo as well as reality.
While King Crimson is the complete absence of time and cause and effect.
The reason why Act 4 could move in time stop quite literally doesn't exist in King Crimson's skip.

    You too mate.
Hello, sorry to bother you. I wanted to ask you a question on GER. I saw in Giorno's ap that he is able to ignore durability with return to zero. How would that work? Like would he be able to damage someone with a higher durability than building+ level? Like for example Negating goku's durability and being able to damage him? Please help in clearing my confusion away. Thanks again.
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Not exactly. RTZ doesn't have any inherent offensive capability.
When the profile says "can ignore durability with RTZ"
It's basically saying "having a higher durability won't stop RTZ from effecting you unless you're acasual or something".

Basically, it can't HURT someone, but having high durability also won't stop it from setting you back to zero or doing some funky hax on you.
In the case of Goku, no, if he gets hit by RTZ he isn't going to drop dead or anything, but on the opposite end of things he's still not going to be able to take action as he lacks the proper resistances.
The only time RTZ is useful in regards to offense is if GER himself can harm the opponent in some way, in which RTZ makes it drastically worse, see the death loop for example.

In response to "lowering durability", he can, but only to a previous state, using Goku as an example, if Goku transformed or powered up to raise his stats, RTZ can revert him back to before he did that, putting him back to his base durability, but it can't do something like make Goku's durability human level unless it was at that level previously within that situation.

Thanks so much! This clears things up a lot for me.
Yo, listen up, I'm sorry for the discussion before, it happened irl stuff to me recently and I was pretty pissed off, and hthe GER downgrade was pretty much the last thing I wanted to see. I apologize again.
Hello. I think you remember the JoJo speed downgrade from some months ago. As you said, not all Stands should scale to MFTL from Chariot/Star Platinum, so I want to discuss some stuff with you before I recalc some feats and post the thread with the scaling.

    • Part 2 characters (Post training Joseph, Caesar, Kars, Wammu, ACDC, Lisa Lisa) being = or > Part 3 Stands. Pillarman are > any vampire, that's also includes DIO.
    • Part 2 Joseph scaling above Part 3 Joseph in any aspect.
    • The use of "likely" and "possibly" for some Stands that are not comparable to SP/Chariot but can keep up with them at least a bit, like Kaky's stand, Magician's Red, some of the Stands of Part 4 like Crazy D, RHCP
    • Part 5 scaling seems to be fine, some Stands like GE, Sticky Fingers and KC should be MFTL as they are
    • I don't have any idea of how to scale Part 6
    • The World from SBR should be equal to The World from SC
    • JoJolion doesn't have any relation with the other parts afaik, only with SBR
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
I'm aware of it, I plan on bumping it again after Im out of the hospital and I have the calcs redone, which Ive been trying to redo on my own time. I think I have the Kars feat done in a way that doesn't need to rely on perspective, but just in case I have a few ends for it as well.

If you have discord that may be a better place to discuss.

Hello, I seriously need help to prove 5D beyond here.
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
Against who exactly? Actually it doesn't matter, Beyond being 5D is blatant as ****, that's on them really if they can't take a hint, though, why's that matter? Kars doesn't have Beyond so why's Beyond being talked about in a Kars thread?
Mind giving me a quick rundown so I can tell what's going on exactly?
    StrymULTRA
    StrymULTRA
Kars being able to understand 5D stuff, that's the question
    Chariot190
    Chariot190
    Define "Understand".

You mean like understanding in like a "I can grasp this concept and I understand exactly what this entails and the complexities of it" or do you mean the meme "Lol Understand, your power is mine bitch".
The former? With hilarious ease, Kars is bordering on some cosmic awareness shit, the latter? Kars never copied Beyond, though, he never tried and said himself he was fine being a supporting character instead of the main and that Joji was better suited to that status so he just decided to help, but this is case where, even if he didn't try, we don't have anything to assume he could've even if he wanted. 4D shit though is something he has copied with literally zero effort, to the point it's a joke to him, so there's that.
