Could a lower tier regeneration negation can negate a higher tier's aspect?

Like example you can negate a low godly regen (just the physical body) but if confronted with someone having mid godly regen that can regenerate it's body, soul and mind, can you negate it's body aspect so therefore you win the match? (assuming the character with mid godly regen can't fight...

Mid tiers scales to Iaian's speed(Mach 42.3). Even though he can react to and deflect Evil Natural Water's water jets, he's shown to be not able to dodge the water jets.

Characters like Darkshine who came out of nowhere to save him from the water jets, Child Emperor who's shown to be able to dodge them etc. Those comparable or superior to them in speed should be upscaling to (Mach 50) High Hypersonic+

The difference is around 1.2x so it should be fine.

This should include: Bang, Bomb, Atomic Samurai...

Hey Phoenks, would you consider a realm that exists beyond and hierarchically above the physical world, where the physical world contains the "highest spatial dimension," to be L1-A? This realm is an abstract, infinite sea of information that is unrestricted by geographic limitations, omnipresent throughout all of reality, and does not obey the laws governing the physical world. So I am thinking of making a tier upgrade for solo leveling.

While I will just use solo leveling and not ragnorock (for now) I wonder if it is fine to use solo leveling ragnorock as additional proof for something already stated in solo leveling.

For example. If solo leveling says that gates are doorways to other dimensions. And that dungeons themselves are dimensions. Would it be fine to use solo leveling ragnorock to show that it isn’t a one time statement? (Also since the absolute being created numerous/countless universes with (high ranking) dungeons being actual different universes. Would you still disagree with him scaling to low multi-multi. (I am not basing it off dungeons btw. Just additional evidence)

I am basing it off the fact that numerous universes exist inside one world (won’t even use the fact that the absolute being created multiple worlds)

I asked a translator already. And besides it saying numerous,it is the correct translation
