The trend I notice is everyone argues why such and such should be something and a bunch of ppl get behind one thing and then a few ppl will say no thats not right (typically it's our savior damage) nd then ppl will ignore him and push it through anyways and then he'll point it out later and the downgrade happens cuz it shouldnt of been a upgrade anyways.

26 is Whitebeard's quakes. In his prime, it scales to his physicals. In his old age, it usually doesn't. 14 is from blackbeard.
