I don't really agree with 3-B/3-A via size manipulation, as Ultron can physically hurts Uatu, and Uatu survived ultron galaxy thing

The 3-A isn't for the size manip Ultron physically made himself bigger than a galaxy that's the 3-B and Uatu would simply just scale to that it's not an anti feat since those are his only combat showing being able to survive that either way he'd at least be 3-C or 3-B for that feat alone and Uatu would scale

The high 5-A is a low-ball going by the calc we will get for the planet feat

Bops city level guys, murders an island level, fires a 6-B laser at the island planet, nukes a living moon, smashes through a planet, blows up a system, noms a galaxy, and swaps hands with a uni+ voyeur ………. and he even comes with the drip and a boatload of haxes that he actually uses. Every scalers wet dream.
