When I randomize Pokemon games, I change Impossible Evos (aka make it so you can evolve Pokemon without trading), randomize the Starters so that they are Pokemon that evolve twice (like the starters in the original games), Randomize their Hold Items, update the moves to their gen 6 stats, radomize Static Pokemon & Legendaries and In-Game Trades, Randomize Trainers Pokemon, Wild Pokemon, Field Item locations and depending on what game I'm playing, I allow the Running Shoes Indoors, Update Type Effectiveness, Randomize Hidden Hallows, use Lower Case Pokemon Names, Give National Dex at Start and Randomize Catching Tutorial.PaChi2 said:

"Support official release" is a terrible meme, specially in this case. If you can't buy it then it won't make any difference if you emulate it. Nintendo is a gigantic corporation and Pokémon is the second most selling game franchise in the world, trust me, even if you bought literally every single official Pokémon game, it wouldn't even reach a millionth of what they profit a year.Drite77 said:
