Altering a universe's space time would be Low 2-C going by our AP justifications. Without the retcon punches he'd top out at 3-C or 3-A at the moment for main universe IG scaling.

I thought that fixing the absoulte point would rebuild the universe, since what Strange did was basically destroy something reality relied on to exist.
