As the trio of Noah, Shalor, and Kargath traversed Aegis's streets in search of their female Everian friend, they'd come to notice that in comparison to before, security was even tighter. Every corner they turned there was a guard equipped with magical weapons of any and all kinds, keeping watch of every inch of the city's streets that they could. It seemed that Noah and Khadgar's warning to the Court Mage had caused her to forcefully up the security effort.
