I seen a fanfic called Coyote, in this alternative fic is where Midoriya has an OC friend named Riley who has a Magical Native American named after and based on Wile E. Coyote. This fic is created by by Ralph Hayes, Jr.

There are...issues with this fic but here is a few examples:

In the fic the OC Riley comes across as incredibly smug and condescending at his best, such as when he complains to Pro Heroes about thinking realistically, even when they've saved his life or someone he cares about. There's also him and Izuku making recordings of personal information on any of their potential teachers and giving them to the general public (and charging them money, even though neither Riley nor Izuku have any financial problems). At his worst, Riley is shown to physically assault people he doesn't like, such as Aizawa for lying about expelling the student who has the lowest score in the Quirk Apprehension Tests as well as the press for supposedly hounding UA. And while Riley may have had a point regarding their behavior, it's immediately lost with Riley's behavior towards the situation.

Also Riley's antics can fall under this. They tend to boil down to Riley doing bad impressions, getting into other people's personal space, or just flat out showing that he doesn't take the current situation seriously (not helping is that these moments tend to come out of nowhere). Riley ends up looking completely immature and trying way too hard to make people laugh. It just seems that he is more likely to embarrass himself (and the rest of his class or the entire school) when he acts out in public. He even mocks the concept of the Sports Festival and said everyone should have fun even though the ENTIRE festival was for the school students to get Pro Heroes to notice them for future internships so he pretty much made a huge fool of himself.

Riley and Izuku, due to the discrimination they faced for being a foreigner and Quirkless respectively, dig up information on all of their potential teachers and send it to any student who wants to know more information about those teachers. Barring how disproportionate this attitude is, Riley is even worse in this regard by deciding to charge people money for this information (which comes across as an extremely dickish move on Riley's part considering his family is fairly well-off as Royalties Heirs). Additionally, if his treatment of Aizawa is any indication, Riley is not above physically assaulting teachers he does not like. Moreover, the story does not acknowledge the possibility of how their system could be used to spread false information about teachers they don't like and get their way (especially in a world where nearly everyone has a Quirk).

Riley has a few rather insensitive comments towards Japanese culture, such as him complaining about how in Japan, people use surnames followed by their given name. The story also seems to have contempt towards houses in Japan being smaller than those in America when Deku is shocked at how spacious the Coyote family's house is. Another thing is that Riley, an American, apparently has more knowledge of everything (from education systems to Quirks) than anyone else in Japan. Including characters who have been working in said fields for years, from his classmates who have had their Quirks nearly their whole lives, to teachers, to even Pro Heroes LIKE ALL MIGHT! This and Riley gets angry at the characters not eating Oreos properly and insists on educating them on the "proper" way, which he likens to Japanese tea ceremonies. Except the comparison doesn't work as tea ceremonies have been a part of Japanese culture for centuries while Oreos are just a brand that hasn't been around for nearly as much time (they were introduced in 1912).

The Author Tract becomes especially blatant in Chapter 4 where it mostly consists of Izuku lecturing most of his class how they can use their Quirks more efficiently with support tech. He evidently shows more understanding of how their Quirks work than they do even though they've had them for years (some of his reasoning contradicts canon and only seems to be put in so the author can voice his complaints through Izuku).

Riley's method of getting rid of the press surrounding UA: he acts like a deranged person and physically assaults them to get them to leave. Needless to say, this comes across as more disturbing than funny in contrast to how Riley's classmates and Principal Nezu view it. There's also a random moment of him chasing squirrels. Also it is utterly laughable that Riley didn't consider working on the fact that he is so averse to actually harming a person (physically or emotionally) with his Quirk, that he subconsciously weakens himself, before applying to become a hero, a job where he is most likely going to have to cause harm to someone. It also brings the rather amusing mental image of villains like Shigaraki making Riley incapable of fighting by explaining their tragic backstories to him.

Riley during the USJ attack where he is supposed to be awesome and hilarious, but him effectively going full Leeroy Jenkins and why he only manages to not die because none of the villains attack him while he's doing this (even though it's quite clear in canon material that the protagonists are not dealing with Saturday Morning Cartoon villains who will exercise restraint when dealing with children) and his Quirk can make him invincible so that not even Shigaraki's Quirk can harm him just robs the conflict of any tension.

At one point, Riley mentions Lunch Rush refused his request to add fried foods to the class menu and thus resorts to eating the fried food he brought with him from America when his family moved. This moment comes across as nonsensical considering that fried food is quite common in Japan and it gives the impression that the author thinks that fried food is unique to America.

Considering how often the fic tries to invoke reality, it is rather laughable that the story tries to boil down combat with Quirks into a Tactical Rock–Paper–Scissors situation as if the world was operating on Pokémon game logic. It's as if the author is unaware of the concept of triumphing while being at a disadvantage.

Also the fanfic writer hates trans, and gay relationships.

Ned you'd be surprised how many on YouTube think the Doom Slayer can stalemate 682 when 682 is way beyond his power, and even IF they had equal power 682 is going to just adapt beyond the Slayer's capabilities and eat him

Yikes.....

Naruto had some of the wildest fanfics I've ever come across when I was young back in high school and I think even late middle school.

I would think they rank up there with RWBY and DxD for sure.
