Strongest One Piece characters RANKED (Manga spoilers)

Tempest doesn't seem to understand that my problem with his point is that he called the "many times stronger" statement a inconsistency because "Oden would've been multiple times stronger than WB", when that's just not the case.
Oden never scaled to Whitebeard's full power (Which includes Haki, Hao Coat and Gura, can't believe I have to specify that, ffs), and when he got many times stronger in overall statistics, he did.
 
So I went over all the Top and God Tiers across Wano and this was my final conclusion. Now this list mainly just deals with people who appeared in Wano. Everyone below Hybrid Jack is basically fodder to everyone in this ranking. The order of the characters and forms in the actual tiers are not in order of power.

Tier 9 (Far below ¼ of Zoan Kaidou):
  • Hybrid Jack
  • Sulong Inuarashi

Tier 8 (¼ of Zoan Kaidou):
  • Buso Kinemon

Oh yeah, he did. Guess I remember that mostly because it came with a title card and all.
It's very likely his awakening. It's weird how we never got to see or hear about it just yet even though Kaido clearly knows what an awakening is. And it nearly one-shot G4 Luffy with the thunder bellow bagua

Yep, it's hard to notice normally but in the close up shots of his face he even has different eyes. In "Super Hybrid" he has Imu/Zunesha/Mihawk type eyes

I edited my list a little, Hao Infusion Base Kaidou matched Buso Hao Infusion Oden

And Buso Hao Infusion Oden scarred Kaidou more than Asura Zoro

So Hao Infusion Whitebeard level people are higher than before

Why does the same version of Yamato appears in both Tier 2 and 3? ~~Although I disagree with Base Yamato being higher than Haoshoku Coating BM~~

That is Hybrid Kaido, not with Haki.

When Base Yamato attemped to block Kaido with Hao, she was bleeding profusely
 
I don't think Chopper is in the same ballpark with Queen, if Queen was literally playing with him, and Chopper outright states that his attacks aren't doing anything to him
 
Yall look at every statement and just flop

He drew blood. He just couldn't put him down cause of stamina. Damn. Look at the manga
