The game characters, cutscenes, official names, descriptions, novellization, and the world guide states these are lasers. They diffuse light in a manner similar to that of a laser. They dissipate at distance like a laser. And they always originate from some sort of mechnical/technological source. For the Pod program, in cutscene you can see the laser being fired out of a lens.
Is that enough to proceed?

See, there were these two characters. After a looong time, finally, a winner was voted on. However, then, the person defending the character who lost starts claiming that the match is a stomp, despite such a thing never being mentioned or hinted at before, or even true for that matter, based on the characters present. And now, said person is hold tight n their position that the match is a stomp, and not a decisive one.
For a tl;dr (because the thread is massive, and I won't force you to go through it all): the winner character has better maneuverability, agility and skill feats, and has access to flight, teleport, and a weak regen. The loser character has ways of blocking the winner's attacks effectively for a long time, sound manip, energy projection, as well as restraining her and attacking her with a form of attack/energy the winner has never faced before. The winner only has a x0.54 AP advantage.
I made sure to look up on what is accepted on the wiki, to be certain of what I'm advancing, but a stomp is when someone can't win, not when they just won't, correct? (as in, they are unable to effectively use the wincons to win, or they lose due to not using a wincon often or intensely enough. But as long as a wincon exists, even if the likelihood of success is low, then it's not a stomp?)

I had asked a calc group members a few days ago and got no response, so I wanted to ask (Just copying and pasting what I wrote there):
I wanted to update a calc I made, and I just wanted to know something. I'm trying to measure the diameter of this city, and I wanted to know if the red outline is the city:
I looked at other cities, and the lines always DID seem to be the outline of the city, but I thought this outline seemed kinda big and results in a fairly large diameter (Larger than smaller cities with a smaller outline though, which would be consistent). It also seems kinda all over the place, so I wasn't sure if the whole thing was a city even though the measurements I took of it do line up with the 520 sq kilometer size it's said to have (Although it would need to have a very small height in order for it to add up).

Once you get into the God tier stats, if at all please let me know! I need to get some calculations made for Father which could be anything from tier 6 for base, to tier 3 for his healthy God form.
Iirc in the raws, it's stated that the universe has a gate which Father draws power from. Gotta do more research on this tho.
