1: Nobody took the full burnt of the attack, due to issues with surface area and the inverse square law, nobody would be affected by the full yield of Father's attack unless they were at the epicenter.


2: Depends on the calc, I've seen a few different calcs for this feat with different yields. It all depends on how you scale the building itself really. Also Father didn't vaporize the entire building, vaporizing something of that size would definitely yield more THAN MCB.

Well, neither did Hoenheim in the calc. But High 8-C should've at least applied to Ed too
