    If broly's 4-A rating is correct then that means;
    1) South galaxy is a single regular sized galaxy
    2) Therefore, toei db universe is 4 galaxy sized
    So why are ssj4 gogeta and omega shenron rated as 3-A, even though they only effected a small 3-B structure?

    Where is the proof that the cosmology in the broly movie is different from all others? It looks like you just made an assumption to justify broly's rating
    And if gt doesn't follow the movies then, how does gt goku knows about the dragon fist?
    And how did several movie villains appeared in the movies?
    Without daizenshuu, how would you interpret the cosmology of dragon ball pre super, especially toei verse?
    And what is the evidence that all the cospology related statements in dbs apply to the toeiverse dbz, the oroginal 13 movies, and dbgt? This also seems like a headcanon of yours to me.

    I never said that. I said the cosmology remains the same throughout.

    GT doesn't follow the movies, but some movies are canon to it. Wrath of the Dragon being one.

    Some other movies from which characters appear in GT are also canon to GT.

    We interpret it the same way as the actual cosmology now. Which is that the DB universe has countless galaxies. This is our default assumption for every series which doesn't have a specified size about their universe. And now it is also stated in canon so it holds true for everything DB.

    That's just how it works. Unless there is evidence that they are different.

    Why apply statements from a recent anime to an anime thzt happened over 20 years ago? Wasn't this the main reason that you and Ant rejected the watagash speed thread of ssjryu1? That you both were skeptical of applying recent feats to dbz because it happened over 20 years ago. So why is it that you are ok with applying recent cosmology statement to toei dbz, an anime happened over 20 years ago?
    Toei dbz cosmology should logically come from the daizenshuu.
    And yes, daizenshuu does say that the living world resembles reality. So here goes the 4 galaxy pocket universe thing.
    The toei living world that broly was a threat to, is at least observable universe sized with 4 unfathomably large galaxies. That is the only conclusion one can reach without any head canons or assumptions.

    Uh, hello. Why did you close this thread "2-C Dragon ball super upgrade"? I feel you ended it prematurely without listening to all I have to say. I suggest you re-open it because there are still more arguments for 2-C DB other than the Toppo and GoD thing (even though I am not convinced since you believe your version of the translation is correct when there are three other versions that suggest otherwise), it's the one I left in the original post, that one most people agreed with and it makes logical sense but you finished before I could show you. And sorry for bothering you I guess.

    Hello. Gohan clearly used his full power to kill cell. Goku kept telling him that he wasn't using all his power for the reasons such as him fearing the destruction of earth, the lives of his friends or just the doubt in himself, and watching vegeta swallow his pride made him clear the doubt and unleash the full power, this is clearly shown in the context of the scene.
    I read the multipliers page and it only applies to combination attacks. But what whis and vados seemed to imply is that the full power of one destroyer and the full power of another is enough to destroy two universes so that would clearly mean 2x. But then again, their fight is what causes the universes to be destroyed so it may technically still be a combination attack. But if just the side effects of their fight is enough to destroy 2 universes then this also implies that their power far exceeds the capability to destroy 2 universes together, like how goku and beerus merely clashing is enough to destroy the universe when they don't even intend to. I really wonder what you think of this so I await your reply.

    Yes, full power at that point in time. Which was still reduced to half of his original power according to Gohan. And he was still holding back. When he stops holding back, he doesn't magically regain the lost power, he only put out the maximum he was able to at that time, which was still half of his true max.

    The statement is direct. Their fight would destroy two universes, which is treated in the same vein as a combo feat.

    True. But that is an unknown factor. How much boost they get as a combo feat is unknown. How much stronger they actually are in comparison to the side-effects is also unknown. And tbf, the timeframe is also unknown. Whether they will do it in one shot or take a few exchanges is also unknown. So there are too many unknowns here. I think the feat is still treated very leniently.

    It should be noted that this profile was created after the forum move and I was seemly able to "create" the tag on this forum by typing in section where you add tags to a thread and then typing out the whole name of the profile/tag despite the search suggestions not recognizing what's being typed as a tag, then I hit save and it seemingly registered it as a tag in the forums which I can now find in the tag search suggestions.

    Sorry to bother, but I need to ask for your thoughts and your permission on maybe posting a thread in the staff discussion forum regarding how we format profiles for Glass Cannons. I've noticed an issue in the way we format the AP, Durability, and Striking Strength sections for Glass Cannon characters, as they're inconsistent in how we organize them.

    Some profiles like MCU Sorcerers, Legionises from Astral Chain (pre-sync), Human Torch, Magneto, Sans, and several others have:
    Tier/AP: X-X physically (or just no word at all), X-X with X

    Striking Strength: [Insert "Physical" Tier]

    Durability: [Insert "Physical" Tier](, X level with Shields/Forcefields/Magic Shields/Against X attacks/etc.)

    Whereas other glass canons such as Dabi, Raven (Teen Titans), Toph and Katara, and most other benders, Comics Strange, and many others don't even mention physical stats in their "Tier" section and instead just use whatever their AP is with their regular means of attacking alone. Their profiles look mostly like this:
    Tier/AP: X-X (with X)

    Striking Strength: [Insert "Physical" Tier]

    Durability: [Insert "Physical" Tier](, X level with Shields/Forcefields/Magic Shields/Against X attacks/etc.)

    I believe this is an issue because on one hand, people don't often take a look at the Durability section, and often times just naturally assume it's equal to their Tier/Ap sections, unless said sections mention a physically tier, as that indicates that their actual physical statistics are lower than their typical means of combat, leading people to check the Dura section. On the other hand, the tier/AP sections are meant to indicate a character's destructive capacity, and more often than not, Glass Cannons typically prefer to NOT fight through physical means, and instead fight with their powers, so some could view it as not making sense to list their physical statistics in the Tier and AP sections.

    Do you think this important enough to warrant its own thread in the staff discussion, and if so, do I have permission to do so? I've asked Ant, but they said they were unsure and said to come to you.

    Yeah, I think a thread is fine. It needs to be consistent. I much prefer the first alternative that mentions the physical tier of the character too.

    Yo i don't think the other universes are timelines they are most likely under 1 grand timeline. Whis clearly stated time travel was illegal. So how can the other universes be their own timeline if gods and angles travel to them all the time. And they can't time travel. Meaning they can't be timelines

But regarding the Cosmology thread, do you think it would be a good idea to make some type of 'official cosmology' blog towards DBS for how Vs battle wiki should apply it and then link it to the main profile? There's so much confusion regarding it that I see on threads over again.

    It can be made, but like I said, it would be fairly simple. Like a regular cosmology. 12 universes. 12 space-time continuums. Universe = Low 2-C. 12 universes = 2-C.
    People just try to overcomplicate it because they either want to upgrade a single universe to 2-C or downgrade all universes to 3-A, both of which have been debated and rejected in the past. DB is a kids show, it should be treated as such.

    Last year, I requested that my ability to make and comment on Content Revision Threads was removed. At the time, it was a decision I made for the sake of my declining mental health due to a large variety of factors that were outside of my control. However, I think that my life is in a good enough state where I can reasonably contribute to CRTs without it taking a toll on myself.
