Introduction:
Hello there. This is my first time making a thread and I hope that you can hear and understand my argument and logic behind this scaling. In this thread I will be trying to prove why certain characters in Naruto and Boruto should be low 5B.
My arguement:
In the Attack potency section, it is stated that the baseline for Small Planet Level is roughly 433 Exatons of Tnt. Toneri's golden wheel calc was agreed on as 355.31 Exatons of Tnt. which is roughly about 1.22 times weaker than the baseline for Small Planet Level. All we need to prove that someone is Small Planet level is to prove that their at least 1.22 times stronger than the golden wheel. This is very easy to do. We know that both Naruto and Sasuke should be superior to Toneri individually seeing as Naruto one shot Toneri without even using his spsm and Sasuke would be more of a rival to spsm rather than bsm Naruto. I don't think that there should be any contention with that.
My arguement is that the Majestic Attire susano should be Atleast Small Planet Level because in the data book it is directly stated that the technique combines the attack power of both the nine tails and susano (i will link the proof below). (I don't think there should be any contentions with the validity of this statement)In this case, it would be a six paths sage mode amped kurama avatar+ sasukes six paths rinnegan susano that would be fusing together.
You are probably wondering why I say at least and not just small planet level. this is because we don't know how much of an amp the susano and the kurama avatar is give individually. all we know is that it makes them stronger.
The main point I am trying to get out here is that they’re numerous people who scale to or above this toneri feat that fuse together which should exceed the 1.22 multiplier to reach baseline Small Planet Level. This is a simple case of 1+1=2>1.22
Characters that will be affected by this are:
Naruto (New Era): should be put in between baryon mode and far higher with the kurama avatar. It should say at least Small planet level with majestic attire susano although cannot perform this on his own and then Baryon mode should be at least Small Planet level( Should be supirior to the Majestic Attire Susano).
Naruto (part II war arc): atleast Small Planet Level with Majestic attire susano although he cannot perform this on his own and same with sasuke.
Sasuke (New Era): after far higher with susano and same wording as naruto
Isshiki: Although isshiki never fought the mas(majestic attire susano, I will be calling it that now) it is stated numerous times that no matter what naruto and sasuke do they would not be able to even harm jigen(I will link the scans below). I also dont think it would be smart to try and argue isshiki wouldnt scale to the mas because if it was that easy naruto and sasuke would just have used it instead of them being so desperate and sacrificing kurama. Naruto and Sasuke also came in with the mindset that they were going to die(i will link scans below) so if they could just have whiped it out and beat isshiki they would just have done it.
Code: should be supirior to Jigen without his limiters.
Eida: should be supirior to Jigen.

In conclusion, naruto and sasuke should have another section in their profile which says atleast Small Planet Level with majestic attire susano. Isshiki should have At Least Small Planet Level with partial Otsutsuki transformation and his true form. Code should have small planet level without limiters. Eida should have small planet level. Hagoromo, kaguya, momoshiki and madara might be affected by this depending on what is accepted for them
