According to the Sandbox, he blocked a blow from Big Mom in Guard Point in Udon prison, when a similar blow broke through Buso Luffy's defenses.
The same base Buso defenses that have a High 6-C durability due to blocking blows from Cracker soldiers.

Fair enough. It's a defense form for a reason. He blocked Big Mom more than once with it, surprisingly.
And yeah the Cracker Soldier thing was anime only in the Urouge scene. We don't know the context in the manga (yet)

Btw, Post Katakuri G4 Strongest attacks are 4x G3, which is >= pre-Katakuri G4 which is 258 gigatons, so post Katakuri Luffy's G4 strongest attacks should be Low 6-B.

Here are the changes I believe
- Usopp's Durability is greater than 59.17 Megatons (7-B+)
- Hody is capable of harming Post Timeskip Usopp and then gets 32x stronger = 1.89 Gigatons (High 7-A)
- Monster Hody is scaled 4x above his previous High 7-A key = 7.57 Gigatons (6-C)
- The new String Durability = 19.9 Gigatons (6-C)
- Hakuba is twice as strong as Cavendish = 39.8 Gigatons (6-C)
- Luffy's Gear 4th Boundman is capable of breaking 13 thicker Awakening Strings with a single attack = 258.7 Gigatons (High 6-C)
- Leo Bazooka is twice as strong as a single Gear 4th Boundman attack due to it using 2 arms: 517.4 Gigatons (High 6-C)
- Luffy's King Kong Gun broke 33 of Doffy's strongest Strings with a single punch = 656.7 Gigatons (High 6-C+)
- Doflamingo with Busoshoku Haki downscales from regular Luffy's Gear 4th Boundman AP: 100 Gigatons (High 6-C)

Very fair. I just assumed Spider Net's defense was one entire thing with all the strings holding each other up. But the lowball works as well since it's visually more supported.
There's no proof it happened omni-directionally, but I notice the first circle snapped too, or at least one string from it did. So you can make that a 34 based on what's seen at least. It doesn't change the value by much so it works all the same tbh.
