A non-canon rematch of Luffy and Rob Lucci

Post-Udon Prison Training Luffy vs Egghead Island Lucci

Both starts in their High 7-A base forms, and both can transform or use special techniques to reach their maximum power (could be 6-B or 5-C doesn't really matter)

Battle takes place inside the Chunin Exams Arena from Naruto (100m range starting range), speed is not equalized, SBA.

Lucci is stronger than Luffy, and probably faster. Is Luffy's Haki enough to bridge the gap?

Lucci tanked hits from G5 Luffy with awakened form and got back up later just fine, although Kong Gatling would do a lot of damage if it hits, that's a big if though since Lucci is fast enough to trade blows with KoH Zoro, and react to some attacks from G5 Luffy.
The scaling chain for speed goes something like this:
G4 Luffy Combat Speed>Base Luffy~Base Kaidou=<Zoro<Egghead Zoro~Awakened Lucci

Lucci high-extreme diff

1. Stat amps via Buso and Rokushiki (such as Kami-Sori being arguably too fast for Post Udon Luffy to properly/consistently react to)
2. Tough enough to take a bunch of hits, as he is eating Enma/KoH hits in Awakening with no haki or Tekkai (even if you want to say Zoro only used Enma on-screen, that's still Zoro using power far above what he cut Zoan Kaido with and Lucci has been eating those hits without even using Tekkai or Buso yet
3. Likely somewhat more stamina/endurance and can outlast G4.

Once again: aaaaaaall of his haki stuff helps+his nature of ignoring a nice part of blunt force stuff+battling strategy

Not true. They match when Lucci transforms and then he has one more Amp, while Luffy already starts being FTL and gets 3 more amps from his forms, meaning at least Luffy's Kenbunshoku is still working fine, and then he can effectively use the other stuff I mentioned

He doesn't use Blunt Force, he uses piercing damage. He's also got Tekkai, so Luffy would have to be consistently using Duraneg, and he has an enhanced recovery rate.

Post Udon Luffy barely reacted to Thunder Bagua, meanwhile Kamisori Awakened Lucci was as fast as G5 who scales above Bagua in speed.

Why would Post-Udon Luffy be as fast as a guy who can keep up with Enma Unleashed Zoro?

I only mentioned what is on both profiles, Luffy starts in FTL and has access to 3 amps while Lucci has to transform to get it and has one more amp, only...meaning Lucci starts this battle being almost 1 tier worth of outspeeding (as both start in base) and theeeeen aaaaaaaafter he transforms we can start talking about scaling chain, as he, once again, gets to FTL speed.
But also meaning (and what I really use to be in favor of Luffy) Lucci is by no means, as the profiles stands right now, too fast for Luffy's impressive Kenbunshoku and battle intelligence, meaning he has access not only to that but all his other stuff, which I claim to be wincons and have voted him for.

He's also got Tekkai, so Luffy would have to be consistently using Duraneg, and he has an enhanced recovery rate.

All of that seems (to me) like things he can adapt to
