Another thing about True Names: I just learned that the Wraith Emperor Charon was named after a Demon of that Name by the Lady of Fate/maybe Eve, for the purpose of enabling him to have the power and control over Haven/The Underworld needed to master the River Styx and found the city of Stygia. Does being bestowed another's True Name give one access to that individual's power and abilities?

I'm not entirely sure about that. Since the Lady of Fate is also possibly Lilith and I don't really know how much power over the Underworld she has or about True names.

I don't think, in either case, she actually gave him a True name, but rather named him, which in effect limited his existence towards the Underworld (which is what happened with all the Spirits by Gaia)

Immobile Radioactive Magical Blob of malformed flesh with mind, shield, telekinesis, biological (can create alicorns, and can induce heart attacks.).

I should note the only time we've ever seen them in a "fight" was when they put up a shield to contain a nuke that exploded near them. They downscale from that as they only attempted to contain the Nuke instead of outright stopping it as 3 of its 4 personalities died from it (The Survivor, Twilight Sparkle, only survived due to her implanting herself into a fleeing Alicorn.)

Its weakness is its aforementioned personalities. the MLP character Trixie, is the dominant personality amongst 4 other primary personalities (Including Twilight.). Trixie will often have trouble convincing the other personalities to work with her, in addition to her own headstrong and overconfidence issues.

It is in a way, she uses telepathy to communicate, and her underlings (Alicorns) are capable of making someone kill themselves.

As for how many, it varies due to lack of showings. Anything her underlings can do she should be capable of on a far grander scale. Her telepathy for example extended to at least 5 different people that weren't Alicorns, and so long as they were in her domain (a massive lab facility), she knew exactly where they were and what they were thinking.

Her only weaknesses with that power are that she can't use any of them on Zebras, and ahe is easily distracted.

The protagonist needed a week of prep time, including wiping her own memory, to get around the mind hax.

Hello and sorry to bother you Mr._Bambu.

I have a question regarding a future CRT I'm planning. Basically, there is a character who possesses a powerful "accelerated development" ability that allows him to limitlessly evolve to always be stronger than his opponent, although it is not instantaneous. That character would be 12D in attack potency as a baseline level. However, during one fight in the story, he's obligated to fight against a clone of himself possessing the same ability. In the end, he grows so strong that he partially destroys a 13D realm as collateral damage.

He also states the following: "No matter who the person is or from where story they come from, in this place my setting/chara design is invincible." (The only exception is the MC but that's something else)

Would that be too much to assume he could, hypothetically, reach High 1-B against an opponent of this level? Even as a "possible rating"?

My opinion, "possibly higher" covers it totally fine. It certainly shouldn't be High 1-B under any interpretation- expanding ever upward does not equate to reaching infinity. The most generous possible interpretation would be at most 1-B- I am not of the habit of giving the most generous possible interpretation, however, and think "possibly higher" is fine enough.

If they're literally saying that he's above the framework of the entire story in a metafictional sense: yeah, Ultima's change to the tiering system (depending on how that's going) would even make that 1-A, afaik. Talk to him about it.
