Oh, I didn't see this for some reason.

It's unlikely to be natural, unless you mean Path of Storms, in which case, that might be natural, but I don't remember if Vampires can dodge any of the lightning storms bolts of lighting.

I'm referring to Dot 4+ of the Path of the Levinbolt. As long as it meets a certain amount of criteria, it could qualify as natural lightning or comparable to it.

On the topic of speeds in VtM, how come Dot 5 Celerity grants Immeasurable speed? The way it's described on the White Wolf Wiki, it seems more akin to a combination of Instinctive Action and Precognition like Spider-Sense.

V5 version lets you supersede the Storyteller and perform an action through sheer speed, essentially moving faster than the plot itself, which is weird on so many levels.

Ah ok, so Celerity 5 lets you just go "nuh uh" and retcon the Storyteller to a limited extent by just going really fast?
Udlmaster
Udlmaster
Nah, it's more like you can interrupt the storyteller to do something with sheer speed.

In the book, the example was a Storyteller explaining how an explosion goes off and you're able to move out of the way despite the Storyteller already saying something happened.

ah ok. Another Discipline question: shouldn't Dot 9 Protean be High-Godly Resurrection? After all, there are sources of Aggravated Damage that can damage/destroy a target on a conceptual level, such as True Name Magic and Sword of Malkav
Udlmaster
Udlmaster
Yeah, Word Eater has an unspecified power that lets him eat people's true names.

Also aggravated damage is stated to be damage to your conceptual existence, since it's an anathema. Fire is anathema to Vampires for example, and so wounds them deeper than a single bullet could.

The Aggravated Damage page on the WoD Wiki is pretty sparse on the lore/metaphysics of it, what are some sources I can look into to be more in-the-know on the minutae of it?
