Continued from the above, check it out to see if you've missed anything.

Established stuff:

Weekly made a blog collecting speed feats, and Assalt has commented on which are usable or not, it is a must read to get a better understanding of the problem and possible solutions.

Assalt has calculated two feats: Ziggs dodging a rocket and Xayah and Rakan KO-ing some ninjas. Also need further evaluation.

WeeklyBattles has updated the current scaling and it has yet to be fully verified.
 
@Assalt Are you fine with universal Subsonic without establishing that every character scales to the dozen or so feats? Or do you want to wait for the scaling to be verified to make sure that every character does scale?
 
It has actually been fully verified, and as of right now, Me, Friendly, Assalt, Rocker, and Shrekalmighty are in agreement on everyone in the verse bar the god tiers being Subsonic
 
Ooh boy, this thread will either be quick or painful.

As it is, I agree with Weekly regarding scaling and I don't really see any problem with what they say.

To 100% confirm, aside from downright featless people, like Annie, I am fine with every champion who is comparable to basically anyone being subsonic.

It should be nigh-universal in application. Everyone who is anyone in-universe is capable of dodging arrows and blitzing people.
 
Also, would you be fine with giving Hypersonic attacks/reactions to everyone who scales to the Xayah/Rakan feat? From my discussions with Regis and Weekly I've come to "Xayah, Rakan, Zed, Shen, Kayn, Akali, Kennen, Karma, Irelia, and Sion" scaling.
 
Sure, I'm not sure if Regis ever agreed to Akali/Kennen/Karma/Irelia/Sion scaling, but those are the only ones which have sufficient enough evidence for me.
 
Ahh right, I forgot to include Galio there.
 
I'm having off-site discussions with Regis/Weekly about which Subsonic feats are valid and which characters scale to them.
 
I'm having discussions with assalt as well

So far we've determined that nasus' and Yasuo's speed feats are in fact legitimate
 
The new speed scaling looks fine, although I'd like to hear some significant points from Agnaa's discussion with Regis.
 
If you think that's happening any time soon youre dreaming, we have a lot more to deal with before we tackle that
 
Yea, let's get this going already. The ratio of approval to opposition is insanely in favor of approval.
 
I oppose it (for now) because I want to make sure that everyone who's said to scale does scale.

Why are you guys in approval?

Jhin was said to scale to Zed and shouldn't. Yasuo was said to scale to Akali and shouldn't. Kled was said to scale to Sion, when Kled only scales to pre-abomination Sion. Sion only has notable speed feats as an abomination.

These are the sorts of things I found when going through the Hypersonic scaling chain (3 issues out of 14 scaling links). I'd be blown away if there were no issues with the rest of it.
 
@Agnaa Jhin doesnt scale to Zed anymore, we already removed that a week ago

Yasuo now has his own Subsonic feat and scales to people other than Akali

The hypersonic feat is no longer been used yet you continue to argue for it

At this point all youre doing is stalling while to bothering to talk about it to anyone

I wasn't saying that all of those are necessarily problems now, Pixel said "Everyone who's said to scale seems to scale", my point is that, as far as I'm aware, the issues that I just brought up weren't brought up earlier in the thread. So obviously people were doing a shit job at making sure that everyone scales.

I've been trying to talk to Assalt for two days but he hasn't gotten back to me.

If they agreed with it without picking up on those issues then they're reliable.
 
That's why I'm trying to message Assalt off-site, and why I've already been messaging Weekly off-site for weeks instead of cluttering this thread.
 
While I've been on and off the Wiki I don't have that much time to just sit down and back and forth chat. Why is talking to me in private such a need anyway? What else needs to be discussed?
 
Quinn has a series of short stories, Journey Into The Freljord, back from 2013. In 2014 all stories linked to Quinn got reworked, and she got a new story. This old short story isn't mentioned on the Universe site. Is it still canon?

I wanted to ask you some questions about various feats you accepted.
 
Quinn's lore in no way recieved a lore overhaul, all she got was a color story.

there is nothing implying the story Agnaa is referring to is non-canon
 
I'd like to say that I mostly agree with the Weekly side of things but I'm neutral since I don't know the verse fully.
 
I think I've discussed all the feats with Agnaa. This should be good to go now, if I'm not mistaken.
