League of Legends Low Tier Upgrade

There won't be a big difference between Demacia, Noxus and Ionia, which are already at war with each other. It's okay for Targon characters to be 4-B. You have already made a CRT for Piltover and Zaun. That leaves the Shadow Isles and Bilgewater. We can open a separate CRT and evaluate Bilgewater and Shadow Islands at another time.
 
I think after making the Ivern-Maokai-Shaco change, we should add the new Tiers to the CRT and have them accepted by an admin? Is it okay?
 
Shaco's profile should be deleted actually, dude has no lore, no feats, nothing. His skins have more lore than him.

Apollnir, mate. You're not half-assing this. Either do the quality of the Piltover and Zaun reworks a couple years back or don't even bother, yeah?

Give the tl;dr of why Jhin is scaling directly to Garen instead of Zed and Shen? Jhin has actual stories with ninjas, unlike Garen.

If accepted, you can edit the profiles, but it will most likely be as Grimm said. That is, it is recommended that we open profiles for each character in each region and avoid chain scaling. I have always postponed making the Shurima CRT, to be honest.
