Rwby and Blazblue is about the same as having Attack on Titan and Symphogear.
One verse is more op and haxxirr than the other, yet a crossover is still made to have it somehow “work”.

Some fics do a composite world where lore of both series fused together and they Nerf the heroes of BlazBlue and sorta nerf the villains to be around RWBY levels. But still be a bit stronger.

Well there are some pretty decent crossover fics I seen with MHA but mostly in RWBY, Persona, One Punch Man, BlazBlue, Fate/Stay Night, Kamen Rider and few others.
Though Naruto is not so good.

Idk about OPM beyond people using Saitama as a template. But Persona, Rwby, Blazblue, Kamen Rider, I could see those having some decent crossovers if they can work.

Also, derailing a bit: I haven't seen much JJK, but from what little I have seen, Yuji seems pretty bland. Literally, with all I've seen of the series, it almost looks like he has only two facial expressions. If anyone watches the series/reads the manga more than I do, is he actually bland or naw?

I thought the same way and I kinda thought I'd hate him. But no... He's actually pretty likeable and a pretty good protagonist.
He's better than Deku at the very least uwu.
I haven't finished reading the manga tho, only saw the entire anime like, 2 days ago (Wow, me keeping up with something that's recent? Wowsers)

@Oliver_de_jesus you know that's the thing about DxD fanfics that baffles, we have an entire franchise built on the foundation that there is tens of dozens and sexy girls and women yet these writers are so unoriginal they have to resort to using the ORC or girls in canon relationships? It's stupid

While I am breaking this sort of thing with a few serie’s I have in mind of doing, I do agree that if there’s like dozens of female characters who aren’t in a relationship in canon, those are the free game ones you should go for instead of the ones who get established already at the start or even before the main story began.
By this is the fact that I’ve seen several who put Grayfia and Venelana Gremory’s to harem’s despite them being married already.
Even for me, there’s a limit to who I feel I want to add and those I don’t.

people just want to visit these days, crossovers are almost completely burned out (like 60%), some start off fine but eventually lose sense and change things the shouldn't, personality of Characters for example just to make their mindless fantasy work

Yeah. I mean the only way you can even add peeps like those two is if you have them not married to their other years before and even then, I’m pretty sure that’s a hell of a hard case to justify.
Granted Idk jack about DxD but I know adding already married characters (MILFS) or those who are dead or presumed so are a tough nut to use if not just not suitable to really do outside of some weird cases to try and justify one’s fantasy needs.

i don't hate dxd as much as rwby, but yeah, i think their character suck. I mean, i should not be judging them as i only read a bit of high schooldxd manga, but they feel like fanservice character who only exist to fullfill issei's harem festish. Then again i did not finish dxd, so don't throw your shoe at me.

Eh, they're not great but for the purpose of the story they actually do get some character development and in an actual twist from most of these harem anime, and get this because it's absoultely shocking, the author actually tries to develop the love which may or may not work for some but at least he tried
