I’m always under the impression that even if they knew the series and how the characters are and who they be with and all their other circumstances, they pretty much go and add those same characters to their harem for their own kind of self fantasy fulfillment.

I once long ago saw a Fanfic where it’s a Ben 10 and Naruto fanfic with bits of Warhammer 40k.
Naruto has the Omnitrix and right at the beginning of the story Naruto already killed the Akatsuki and his parents Minato and Kushina are alive and living as Emperor and Empress. Naruto is wearing Emperor of Mankind’s armour but have a golden helmet and has Lich King’s sword (From WoW). Also Sasuke bashing.

You guys ever read any fanfics or seen anywhere the summary has the character be some OP peep with access to a whole verse worth of powers?
I've seen like maybe 2 or 3 of these and it's anywhere from just that one series alone (RWBY or maybe MHA with having all known Semblances or Quirks + maybe more), or multiple series.

There was literally a Bleach fanfic I remember finding upon that had Ichigo not only have Zangetsu but literally all of Soul Society's Zanpakutou's...or at least the ones known and this is the main story and not the one after with the novels.
Anyways this one was just completely bonkers since this Ichigo had not only everyone's Zanpakuto but also Bankai's for those that were never obtained and most definitely would be far different from the canon series (if those who've yet to gain it ever do or have but aren't ever stated to obtain it).

Okay I found it. It hasn't been updated since '14 but my god the instant I found it, I remember just how ridiculous it got beyond just having every (at the time) known Zanpakutou's.

Ichigo having every Zanpakutou of SS, being Yamamoto’s grandson, having a harem, ridiculously OP (no surprise), Aizen’s arrancar army being just as OP with menos grande states beyond Vasto Lordes, Ichigo harem, Fate being a universe Ichigo goes to and also has a harem of girls there…
Funny thing is, that’s literally where I got up to lol. Last thing I got up to was Ichigo and Fate gang about to fight a Muramasa(?) controlled Zangetsu just like the actual anime arc incident.

I...I thought my OC idea of a vengeful Red Lantern who fell in love with a Pink Lantern and the two got married in a DC + Marvel + Various anime/manga + Video Games world that I made many years ago was stupid.
Note: This was before the Calamity of Fates idea I created in Devient Art.

I honestly dk if Fate being a universe Ichigo goes to is just it since I literally stopped around that mark. I should also note that he has some genderbends there too that become part of his harem like fem Gil, Alexender, and Cu. Which is odd with how the actual male versions also exist (normal Gil and Alexander).
Not to mention the bankai’s for some of the Zanpakutou. Ichigo had Yama’s which had four more directional based attacks yet the names were ridiculously long af for each, and Rangiku’s which did some magma/volcano shit stuff. Oh and if that wasn’t enough, practically most of the Zanpakutou are female and apparently part of his harem too…I think.
So yeah, this fanfic was literally really crazy as heck for its time lol

I mean my Red Lantern OC had powers of Karna (Fate), is a Saiyan-Kryptonian hybrid and finally having the Mangekyo Sharingan was absurd enough but the Pink Lantern OC has Masane (Witchblade)'s powers, has Orihime's abilities, Mirajane's powers, Bayonetta's powers and having Dracula (Castlevania)'s abilities. So imagine such a broken overpowered couple. Though unlike my Calamity of Fates verse this little world I created was a complete butchered mess of nothing making sense, so thank goodness I got my shit together when I created Calamity of Fates.
Jesus that added information for the fic about Ichigo is crazy...but yeah it was crazy for its time.

Seen a fanfic where the fanfic was Naruto being Amaterasu’s son and having all of the Japanese deities powers at the age of six. That and the fic says that the Japanese deities only appear to the legendary and powerful Uzumaki Clan that worshipped them for years.
