I'm not too fond of crossover fics that are too convoluted and have no idea of the series they are incorporating.
 
Anyway regarding harem fanfics, if you have multiple waifus it gets hard, as usually people prefer just one girl in the pairing. In order to have a harem yet appeal to the preference of normal people and get away with it you have to somehow cheat the system by having one girl yet she is all your waifus at the same time. One way i call is the omnitrix method, which is basically take a normal girl in anime like a love live character and give her the ability to transform into superpowered magical characters from video games aka your waifus at will. So you have a single girl who can transform into all the waifus.

Having the girls get along with each other is the only way to get a harem pairing to work, to be honest.

These kind of Union Academy fanfics is cringeworthy.

One i found where they turned my beloved Son Goku into their self insert angsty harem mc with one dimensional characteristic.

I was fuming.

There a lot of it, and I always want to punch myself for read it out of ironically. But yeah, there a few gems inside this mess union academy that I found during read trash.

I haven't found one that's actually good. Although, i found one that's decent. The MC is basically CAC from Xenoverse and they along with Bulla and Pan attend Union Academy.

The thing is, there's no edgy angsty stuff surprisingly. It was pretty light hearted and nice to read and its on wattpad too.

I remember where the CAC fought Final Form Mira which the destroyed bunch of suns, underwhelming in scale considering how broken those two characters are but fine enough.

I do find it funny that it crossovered with barely island level verse like RWBY and someone like Yang or Ruby has power level in range of 500 million, stronger than both SSJ Namek Goku and FP Frieza combined.

the only thing that author writes (shadowenclave) is about saiyan self insert smirking and flexing his power in front of a harem of girls who always are amazed or scared by his opness. One of the stories literally had the girls dealing with enemies just fine and his oc still had to flex his power anyway.
So cringe i get second hand embarrassment from reading that.
