Arthur from Ghosts 'n Goblins.
I'd use his Ultimate or Resurrection equipment, since the strongest spells (petrification, time stop, transmutation...) don't work on enemies stronger than him, but he already scales quite high 0.2 tons and it might be too much for his competitors, idk.
As an alternative, I'd have him use his Ghouls n' Ghosts equipment, which is definitely less powerful.
