I think I’ve seen him do Broadway Force first. Otherwise, he’s used his shadows to harm people.

Oh, ok, them yes if you et them have time to pick some stones and a sharp stick, but I don't think the monkey is 10-A normaly and 9-C with weapons
It's more a "It can be 10-A or 9-C"

He has "Various Firearms" in his standard equipment. Also Kondraki have an army of illusionary butterflies? Doesn't that make him kinda OP here?

You can probable restric the fire arms and only give him the saber and... can't argue with this of the butterflies, they can make him invisible by camuflage
