I was Thinking if an incredibly sharp attack could have some form of Durability negation? Possibly "limited"
What I mean by incredibly sharp attacks I don't just mean sword attacks, but Attacks made by Wind, or thin Water attacks, that act like blades.
it says on the dura neg page
"The ability that allows users to damage the target, regardless of their durability"
there are some people on here who think a 9-B character with dura neg can negate a 5-D characters dura or a High 1-A character's dura and this is assuming the character is NOT a smurf
Sans, for those who don't know, have had some matchups on his profile against actually pretty powerful opponents, and TWO SPECIFIC winning condition that is usually seen in each of these wins.
First, lets start off with the pure obvious: Soul Manipulation
Examples include: Saitama vs. Sans...
As of now, there is a staff discussion thread about the Existence Eraser and its details, yet there is still no conclusion.
However, I was wondering about some points that are unclear on the EE/HAX page regarding 'how to measure them.' Specifically, I mean how to determine their...
In a recent thread, both @KLOL506 and @DarkDragonMedeus staked out claims that atomisation is both an AP feat and a feat of durability negation. I think this highlights a tension in the system as-is.
Since that idea's largely irrelevant to that thread, and deserves its own handling, I've made...
okay so say there is a character (a) who enters someone’s mind (character b or whatever)
then like character b kills that person in their mind which ends up killing character a (outside of the mind) where they die in real time idk
would this be durability negation or is it just straight up...
Gun park Damage Reduction + Limited Dura neg addition
Summary
Gukja has damage reduction because his Forward stance is like gun, but why does gun not have the Same hax? He did literally the same stance against Warren (like the stance+Aura) and warren was shocked with his body. Hes also the...
Well, this is more focused on Sans battles. Beacuse I just noticed a thing
So, sinse undertale magic "Dura negation" has been extremely nerfed to the point of acting like regular atacks sans keept a form of Durability negation trough karma
But there is a big problem with that... Karma can't...
So in Season 1, Boboiboy uses his wind element to destroy the inside of Probe and making him fly to the sky. I propose adding Durability Negation for Boboiboy.
Here is the evident at 1:55
Note, at this time Probe & Adudu is equal or superior to Boboiboy( only at the start of a fight) but most...
Busoshoku Koka+
-Vibrations can pass through a person's body, targeting their internal organs without breaking the skin according to the durability page. Haki has been able to cancel this kinds of attacks thus it should get a vibration resistance.
-Armament Haki covers the outside of the user...

So I was rereading Boruto Chapter 52, and the way Kurama described Baryon Mode is something along the line "because all chakra is connected, the same power that is produced from bits of their lives also work to reduce the lifespan of opponents on contact". By contact, I am not sure if this means...
In this thread, I'll explain how Chakra Absorption Technique in Naruto should be count to Durability Negation
Firstly, terms "Chakra" and "Stamina" often use interchangeably, but they had a little bit difference. According to this blog, Chakra is transformed type of Stamina. (aka. Raw Chakra...
this weapon in the text says that yo unstitch foes molecule by molecule. it's perks also has "Armor Piercing" which has iridium core bullets.
Would this qualify for "Durability Bypassing"?
https://www.ishtar-collective.net/items/luna-phasar-iii?highlight=molecule
Saitama is currently having resistance to Durability Negation because he withstood attacks from Garou that directly targeted one's internal organs.
Durability Negation (No-sold Garou's Extreme Fajin, a mighty strike that targets the internal organs of the opponents, regardless of how tough...
Okay so the requirements for bypassing Invulnerability is durability negation, but some Invulnerable characters can neg that with their Invulnerability.
Doesn't that mean you'd need specifically, Invulnerability negation rather than durability negation? Feats of harming Invulnerable characters...
This is a post to discuss and delve into the new chapter of One Punch Man, Chapter 153. In this chapter, during the fight with Garou and Bang, Garou unleashes the Whirlwind Water Stream: Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist against Bang. This technique has been explicitly stated to be able to negate...
If character A has 10,000 hp
And character B can do 2,000 damage per hit
But due character A's defense it only dose 50.
Then character B uses a ability to reduce character A's defense by 100%
Character B is now able to do 2,000 damage but it still takes 5 hits for Character B to kill...
I'm sure that there's an explanation I don't fully get, but given the Rasenshuriken's Limited Dura Neg I'm curious how characters can tank it without having their Chakra Network shredded.
I can see why say, the Third Raikage tanked one. His Lightning Armor was protecting his body so the attack...
So Botamo's body nullifies Physical and Energy attacks, but if a character that can ignore Durability would hit him then would it be nulled or would it work?
This character named Liam from the W.i.t.c.h. comic comes from another universe know as the fast world. His body's molecules naturally move at a higher speed than people from the normal universe. When grabbing someone else, he vibrated there molecules at his speed which caused them to pass out...
1) Separating Power/abilities and hax resistance from characters profile:
We've seen many characters profiles mixing Powers/abilities and hax resistance together which makes things very messy and it's very hard to read my proposal is when making a new profile for said character we need to...
Since the tiering system was applied this thread had to be made sooner or later. The question is the good old: When do higher-dimensional characters, and their equivalents, automatically resist hax from lesser Tiers and when do they not?
The tiering revisions changed the way that works to some...
Currently, the durability negation page states
which, if you ask me, is a terrible example.
Have we ever on any profile considered a regular laser as durability negation? I don't think so.
Really, the idea the example brings up goes more so in the direction of sharp weapons being more effective...
So, random question that came to mind. If one character is in Tiers 10 to 3 and can ignore Durability, while the character they're fighting is Low 2-C or higher but doesn't have 4D Higher Dimensional Existence, does the Durability Negation still work?
Can 3-D beings defeat far higher beings in a tier with it?
For example: a character who is 5-A can defeat a High 3-A because the latter can't resist durability negation.
Been replaying FE7 since i got myself a cart and could get the bonus items from the mario kart bonus disk and came onto this:
From FE7 Chapter 5 tutorial:
In-game message: Magic, like Dorcas’s throwing axes, can strike enemies in adjacent squares as well as those at a distance. It’s very...
Ban from SDS’s durability negation shouldn’t be limited.
His ability is to steal things, including internal organs straight from your body. There’s no reason for his durability neg to be limited.
This is even stated on the profile. He doesn’t physically damage you, he just uses Snatch to...
So, as of now, phasing from somebody or turning intangible to attack their internal organs is considered durability negation, but is it, really? Yes, they should be more vulnerable in general, but I doubt you could just insta-killl anybody with it, even if their durability is higher than your...
"The Blade is formless but needs no form, The edge though shapeless fills every space"
"This is the edge of the blade of ******* , It's formless yet vast, Infinity its span. It's the essence of divine and ends where it began, For there is no escape from the edge of *******"

Noelle with her valkarie dress can:
Can control the enemy's spell with her Lance.
And she can manifest offensive spells with her lance
Is it Durability Negation and Power Modification?
If a character resists an ability that ignores durability like Existance Erasure, and said EE has shown to work on a significant scale, such as Zen'ō's Low 2-C EE or Dimentio's and Count Bleck 2-B EE void, would that character's durability be Low-2-C/ 2-B ?
If yes why, since durability...
I've been told before that you cannot resist Durability Negation by multiple people which I believed as those members are much more knowledgeable on it than I am however, I am now unsure after seeing Dante (Shin Megami Tensei)'s profile and seeing he has a resistance to it.
If resisting...
the image for Durability Negation is outdated since what was shown was just Paralysis Inducement as shown in Wally's profile so the image should be replaced with something more suitable and wally doesn't have durability negation so he should be removed from the users section.
