Would this qualify for "Durability Bypassing"?

Unstitching a foe molecule by molecule just sounds like Matter Manipulation, which is considered a form of durability negation. As for the latter, I don't think we assume armor piercing bullets literally negate durability.

Alright, though I am curious as to what would be considered comprehensive destruction and what is not in vsbattle, would it simply be if a text said if it is destroyed down to something?
