    Hi, i found a feat in T2 book that i think upgrades plasma weapons in Terminator franchise, what do you think about it?

    In the future war between man and machine, SKYNET's endoskeleton forces wield deadly weapons designed to efficiently terminate human resistance fighters. One of the most effective is the 40-Watt Phased Plasma Rifle, which fires superheated hydrogen compresseed to a plasma state. A pilot laser in the weapon vaporizes a path through the atmosphere to the target a microsecond before the actual bolt is produced. The plasma bolt then follows the laser beam to the target at a velocity in excess of 8500 meters per second.     But in T3 novel on page 22 it says this about Skynet's processing power speed if you're interested:

    There's a difference tiering wise between a universal space and a infinite space. In addition a multiverse of a higher tier would be better than a baseline of that tier for the same reason 2-A is better than Low 2-C.

    Key word, find your way back from. Meaning that if you use the key at any point in space and time, you will travel to pluto.

    Then Endymion says in the next line: "Say a prayer to the key and travel through time." He does not say travel through space and time.

    When you use the key you will travel through through time to pluto from any point in space and time.

    No that's wrong. They do not use the time key to leave the area or to travel through time. They only use it to take them to bring them to Sailor Pluto. Once they are in the corridor, it's Sailor Pluto who sends them through time.

    Another supporting fact is that when the key was used, it was directly called a time warp.

    As King Endymion says, they key brings them to Pluto via time travel no matter where they are in time or space. In both scenes, the characters say a prayer and the key takes them to Pluto.

    It's mostly regarding the time travel part and instances for branching timelines if branches become independent. but instead of time travel it's more on rewrite and erasure that somehow despite erasing the entirety including the past the other independent branch isn't affected in any way.     Depends on context, but possibly yes. Although that hinges on the word time travel.

    Like, fundamentally you could say that you have one timeline that spans multiversal space. In the beginning, that space is empty. Then you rewrite the past so that 3 universes already existed in the space (which is the same as creating 3 timelines). So you rewrite the timeline of the multiversal space.
    Then you do the same again to add 5 more.

    Technically, you could say you only spawned several more multiverse spanning timelines. Like, now a empty multiverse spanning timeline, a multiverse spanning timeline with 3 universes and a multiverse spanning timeline with 8 universes exist. The total number of timelines is only 11.
    If you are able to travel between multiverse spanning timelines, you would also be able to switch back from the multiverse spanning timeline with 8 universes to the one without any universes/timelines.

    However, if you do that specifically via time travel, then that could be a good indicator that you are actually dealing with an additional time dimension. Because that indicates that the progression of the creation of timelines is done within a (presumably continuous) flow of time and that time wouldn't be that of the regular past where those universes always existed.

Unless fiction shows otherwise, a different multiversal temporal dimension spanning universes that themselves have their own time dimensions as well (not the same multiversal time dimension that services many Universes and is shared by them), or even a single universe with two active temporal dimensions, qualifies. The same applies to three or more temporal dimensions.

    Then since you know the verse better than I do, just give the following justifications:
    • The timelines are separate from one another. In other words its not a branching timeline but a bunch of separate timelines
    • When time travelling you make your own specific timeline rather than branching out a previous timeline
    • Showcase that if one timeline is erased another timeline is unaffected
    Then with the above say "Since Dragon Ball fulfills the above standards, each overarching timeline should be considered to have a different temporal dimension. Which would fit the criteria for a Low 1-C Hyper Timeline" or something like that.
