If the universes are infinite in the 4th Dimension a minor 5th axis is needed to seperate them. But even an infinite amount of 4D spaces wouldn't qualify that 5th axis for Low 1-C.

So how to achieve L1C in such a scaled way, specifically proving that the 5th axis is infinite?

Prove the 5th dimension is qualitatively superior, prove there's an uncountable infinity of 4D spaces or show case that all dimensions work as they would in coordinate spaces.
