I don't care if the anime supports your interpretation tbh.
We directly see her hao infusion lose out in the comparison of their thunder bagua's so if you're suggesting her regular hao infusion is equal to Kaidou with a hybrid amp then you're wrong. If you're suggesting it's simply Yamato's physicals that are allowing her to clash evenly then you'd still be wrong as Kaidou showed he can overpower her in that regard even when she's in hybrid.
There's no visual evidence for Kaidou's jaw being dislocated in the manga either, only the SFX which is the only evidence here that matters.

Akainu got tagged by Jinbe. Jinbe with Pedro and Bege cannot tag Katakuri. Katakuri blitzes Akainu. Akainu needs to work hard to hit Katakuri.
Admiral tier Rayleigh wasn't sure he can low diff FS user (during Luffy flashback training).
Katakuri blitzes Yamato and beats her low diff.

He has it that's how Marco and Vista despite sneak attack cannot hit him even with haki. Akainu shape shifted his body to make their attack pass through his body.
Because he was too slow to dodge it got it.
One got tagged by Jinbe the other dodged it.
Let me know when Akainu can dodge Jinbe attack.
RRayleigh is admiral tier he stalled bloodlust Kizaru and he admitted he cannot low diff FS user. He said they're among the mighitest.
Let me know when Yamato can blitz Kaido like SNakeman did. Otherwise she's much slower than Snakeman meaning much slower than Katakuri as well.

How will Akainu hit Luffy when he cannot react? If it takes 1 second to land 3 Jet Culverins on Katakuri that menas it takes 1 second to land 100 Jet CUlverin on Akainu. Akainu gets ****** by Pre Udon Luffy.Being faster doesn't mean you'll win... Lol

Kaido's fire (such as his fire dragon, which is literally made from him covering himself in his standard flames) scales above DJ Sanji's fire, alongside Ifrit Jambe, so they're comparable.

Her Ice also got melted by that Kanjuro thing. Honestly Hybrid Kaidou's Bolo breath is very likely weaker than his full zoan form considering base luffy easily blocked it with one hand.

Yeah, so both Zoro and Sanji defeat Yamato, and pretty handily at that. Her endurance and stamina can't even come close to compare to the two of them, and she has no answer to their durability negation leaving her with multiple large gashes over her body and cooked organs.
