@XxZetsuxX you should make seperate tiers for speed, also dodging SoL attack doesn't always make you FTL so it would need to be calced The justification for the planetary feat comes from the use of the word "world", I presume? I think you would also need to get that checked with a mod

Looking at the Bullet Bill feat, why don't you just take the frames before BB hits it, take a frame from when it's exploding, and overlap them?

The BB you scaling off is quite a bit further in the foreground, and the shot doesn't zoom in, or out, at all, so it'd be consistent and actually more accurate. It would get a bigger value too.
