 In the old calculation, only concrete was used. It would be better to use reinforced concrete instead.

This calc is a massive highball, it assumes every building is made out of the same material used to make the empire state, why not just use RC since that's generally what most buildings are made out of.

No, According to our common feats page a ratio of 1/5 steel to concrete ratio is fine to use for buildings.

The timeframe is the amount of time the Gun Devil spent in Japan, basing off what we've seen of the Gun Devil he can fly over cities and cause an immense amounts of destruction by just his K.E, so we just speculate is that the Gun Devil did that damage in a split second whilst was flying over the City causing tremendous damage in Japan in that timeframe. After all the panel used is just a cropped portion of the destruction which could possibly be kilometers long

The CGM's were skeptical about the Gun Devil's 7-B K.E calc, but not this calc since we have proof for the destruction in the panel
