Because that's an incredibly obtuse oversimplification of what SCP has, and I strongly suspect you know that. A reference is not the same as an unreciprocated crossover. If we're banning references and inspiration, then I believe most verses would not survive.

What that scaling mechanics is? What would make it so different? Just out of curiosity, really. Im not gonna debate about One Piece

Also, I used it just as a example. It was just the first thing that come to my mind. The second was Julius being 0.89c and still not being capable to keep up with Licht even while using precog and teleportation

There are no supernovas pre-timeskip in One Piece who scale to Relativistic+ who got blitzed by Kizaru from dozens of meters away. We don't even have values for the Supernova pre timeskip either.

The only supernova who scales to that value and encountered Kizaru in any way was Luffy, who was right at the half point (like 0.56c), and Kizaru was point blank to him and ran behind his field of vision, then kicked him when right in front of him. Shit Luffy saw the light as it passed by him.

X Drake's feat is solidly Relativistic+ in perception since he visually perceived him, just couldn't move.

The BC one is different cause Julius kept up when amping his speed, he just didn't get to touch him, + BC scalers need to cope that some ppl are slow.

Shinpei speed upgrade

Shinpei is currently average human level in speed. Now I'll be upgrading it. At least Athletic Human, Possibly Peak Human (He intercepted Shadow Shori as she was chased by Hizuru and escaped a nailgun's range instantly. Barely dodged a box cutter thrown by a shadow)
