White Haired Natsu vs. Pink Haired Asta (10-10-1)

Asta takes it, Anti Magic has f*cked people far stronger than Asta himself due to the nature of Anti Magic, Natsu's Magic can't do anything against him, not to mention Asta can fly, Black Meteorite could take Natsu out, can't Asta also seal someone's Magic

Asta can't null all magic like he didn't able to null fana fire magic heat, while natsu flame temp increase based on his emotions, His dragon sense will make it difficult for asta to land a hit(same can be say in favor for asta because of his ki sensing), but natsu can go physical, he already fight ppl who can null magic. Also he have more advantage(idk who got more ap)

Performed by a Dude who is individually weaker then Rouge and Sting who Natsu casually defeated.
 
I never understood why GMG Natsu is Low 7-B rather than straight up 7-B. Scaling goes

4.3 = Gray = Rufus < Sting/Rogue < Drive < Dragon Force < DF Sting and Rogue < Unison Raid DF Sting and Rogue < Natsu

Even if we ignored the scaling chain and lowballed DF Sting and Rogue to be 4.3 each, Natsu casually overpowered both of them simultaneously so he would be 8.6 at the very least.
 
It's not entirely like that, Natsu scales slightly above Gray, who performed the feat, we don't know how strong Gray and Rufus are compared to the combined DF Sting+Rogue, since Gajeel and Gray were about equal to Base Natsu, it's very likely Gray could also solo those two characters meaning that your scaling chain is a little wrong, all we know is that Natsu is slightly above 4.3 Megatons
 
As a dragon slayer, both of are above rufus, gray was even surprised with there power, and gray didn't show equal to base natsu
 
I vote Asta, while he can't negate heat created by magic he can still negate the fire itself, as seen when he fought both Magna and Fana. The only issue he ran into with Fana was that her fire generated heat like a barrier which isn't something that Natsu does at this point. And the fact that Natsu is so willing to fight up close doesn't help his case at all because if he gets touched by Asta's sword he's just going down. Another thing to mention is how thanks to his demon form, Asta is able to managest something akin to an anti-magic aura and has magic seeking on his side. I don't think Natsu can really get around this issue at all.
 
He might have Ap Advantage, but since they're the same speed and because Asta can read his ki his chances of hitting him becomes less likely in comparison to Asta's own attacks. AP loses quite a bit value when it can't be used.

Asta nullify every attack Natsu sends at him with Black Hurricane. Asta already encountered 3 fire users (Fana, Meleoreona and Magna) then quite easily cut through their magic, with Meleoreona being the strongest fire user so far we've seen in the series (Fuegoleon is comparable too), even though she sent one of her weakest spells at him to test him out. Also his anti magic is flowing through his entire body making something similar to an armor so Natsu wouldn't be able to damage him much.
 
Asta have limitation, he can't just null all magic, like iirc he didn't able to null julius magic nor fana magic feat, his anti magic can null fire attack, but he can't nullify physical attack(already post scan above) also for natsu it's isn't 1st time of fighting someone who can null magic, and he still have ap advantage, if he see asta nullifying his magic, he can go physical and use his magic as booster
 
No, if someone used magic to pick up a tree and threw it at Asta, Asta wouldn't null the tree. Asta would have to hit the flames on the back of Natsu's elbow to null the attack if Natsu used the boost.
 
Because the tree isn't made of magic. If the magic you used as an example existed, it would be telekinesis or something like that.

And Asta can just hit him but it depends on how he generates his flame.
 
I meant something like if Nozel picked up a tree with his mercury and chucked it at Asta.

It comes out of the back of his elbow, KD posted a pic of it in the second comment of this thread. Since it is coming out behind Natsu, Asta wouldn't be able to get behind him to slice it.
 
While Asta would most defintely not be able to stop Natsu from using his Fire Dragon's Flame Elbow, he would be able to dodge and counter said attack due to his pre-cog.
 
Anti magic can counter long range magic from Natsu, but Natsu most of the time fight hand to hand.

Ki can predict Natsu`s moves, but Natsu with his enhanced senses can also predict Asta´s moves (like he did in his battle with Jellal)

Also Natsu is much more experienced than Asta, and Magic Negation isn´t something new for him (Natsu vs Yuka)

Higher AP for the win. going Natsu

The devil litteraly says

"The anti-magic overflowing around him...

Is extinguishing the surrounding magic...!"
 
The scan doesn't show him negating every single thing around him, otherwise his friend would have been completely nullified too.

So the nullifying potency of the anti-magic overflow souldn't be at the same level as the sword itself.
