I want to ask about Irene's Deus Sema because it is a Master Enchantment and one of her most basic Enchantments was turning wood to be stronger than steel. So wouldn't Irene have made her Meteorite to be stronger than steel since it is a Master Enchantment? Also, have you guys ever tried factoring that into the calculation before?

Yeah seems more like an ED thing. Much like Pucci's reset, it's not an attack that can be used on a single target.
Just a timeline reset spell, Zeref can't actually attack someone directly with it.

My understanding is, further, that he needs to combine multiple magical items in order to set up the ritual for this to occur, one of which is the Space Between Time which specifically allows for time manipulation hacks. It doesn't seem fungible to direct attack power in any way.

The problem is that it isn't an attack he can inflict upon another person. He wouldn't be able to use it to overcome 2-C durability, and it requires a ritual involving multiple items that he wouldn't have by default.

Yeah definitely don't see the Neo Eclipse as conventional AP. It's literally not an attack to begin with, he can't target anyone with it in particular to apply a low 2-C force onto.
He's just resetting time, that's not an attack hence why we'd consider it Environment Destruction, same as we do for people like Pucci and other people who reset timelines. It's not something that Zeref can attack someone else with, it's just a spell that effects the universe. I.E Environmental Destruction.
