Yes, it’s from the leak. Keep in mind that they’re using google translate here so things won’t be 100% accurate. We also don’t know what changes were made since this thing as Giratina not even appear until way later and when he does he’s referred to as Rayquaza’s shadow.
Edit: Giratina doesn’t even show up in Masuda’s legendary chart.

Due to that story never been used in official material, I dont think that leaked Arceus origin is usable.

Palkia is Ea I assume. The leaks use their beta/placeholder names.
