Hey sorry for not responding months ago, I'm not here all that much these days, but I did want to clear up one issue with the current profile. The Thing should not have acid manipulation or resistance to acid. The corrosive effects we see in all media is a macro view of The Thing's assimilation...
Why wouldn't the spikes pierce him? Most of Steven's offensive feats come from his various shields. The spikes could form outta any part of his shield as fast as he can attack. Steven can also fly as easily as Mark, giving both pretty even aerial maneuverability.
Steven's bubble shield protected him for an unspecified length of time out in deep space one episode. He also has powered flight, so he could make it back to earth, eventually.
I think Steven takes this. Mark has a slight AP advantage, but Steven's shields make up for that by always being portrayed as way stronger then Steven is naturally. Plus he can heal himself, I'm pretty sure.
This new user made several changes to this page without a crt. It seems like an honest mistake though, so they probably only need a warning. I've already undone the changes.
Hey, can we talk about this for a minute? I actually would like the verse to be deleted for the following reasons;
The pages are generally low quality, I agree. These are my first contributions to the wiki and I've improved much since then.
As they stand, the pages are functionally unfinished...
Durability: Multi-Continent level (Was practically unscathed by tanking a giant explosion point-blank, said explosion was more powerful than Megas' reflected Master Blaster, which should be comparable to a full stock of missiles)
Stronger apparently, at least dura-wise.
I'm pretty sure what Kurapika used against Uvo is the Chain Jail, which he can only use against spider members or he dies. That's all that has that kinda restriction though, and Judgement Chain is a oneshot anyway.
Not so much. We differentiate between straight up acid and generally corrosive fluids, and that attack does more damage to armor and weapons then the player. Besides, GD doesn't actually lay in it. The attack is projected more forwards, so at most only it's front feet would be affected.
I really don't see GD winning this. Fire resistance doesn't really seem like much of an advantage, since ED's main attack seems to be Acid based, not fire based. There's also ED's massive mobility advantage, like an athlete with a flamethrower vs some smuck in a wheelchair.
Nothing, not stats or abilities, are explained and it has more unknown stats then known one. The page either needs massive improvement, or it will be deleted.
I'm also in favor of keeping the above verse, considering we have Webcomics and Webshows with less of a following. If the verse is detailed enough and has a decent sized following, I see no reason to remove it just based on what sites it's hosted on. If we delete this just because it's mostly...
Jones was literally around during the formation of the Earth so, 9-A around 4 billion years.
Gwyn is also at least 1,000 years old, so he takes 4-C and High 4-C for now I guess.
This new user altered Sisu's page by adding a stub to it. Pretty sure we don't use stubs, so I reverted it. They also included the following (faulty) reasoning for claiming the profile is unfinished.
The feats are inaccurate due to there not being enough information. According to this article...
In my experience, it's really dependent on the verse and how important said character is. If the whole verse is powerless, human level or lacks anything extraordinary, then it's kinda pointless to add it, as you just be copy/pasting the same profile however many times for each "important" character.
The problem with Delta Undyne wasn't the quality, it was that she does literally nothing. Outside of LS, everything she has is based on assumptions. Admittedly safe assumptions, but that just means her profile is barebones at best. You also can't really compare her to most background OPM...
