Okay, this one's pretty interesting

As of right now in the series, Mark is pretty unexperienced while Peter has been fighting villains for a noticeably much longer time. Along with that, he's gone on to the fight the Knights of Wundagore fairly easily. Skill undoubtedly goes to Peter and that's going to give Mark some trouble, especially since this isn't the first flight based opponent Spider-Man's gone up against

Stamina goes to Invincible. Spider-Man's own feats don't really stack up to Viltrumite endurance. This pairs well with his durability, that at the moment upscales his attack potency of 205 tons of TNT while Spider-Man is at 124.14 tons of TNT

Lifting strength is in Mark's favour at 17,304 metric tons while Peter is at 1658.39 metric tons

Peter's agility and senses are going to let him avoid a lot of Mark's attacks, though putting him down is going to be a lengthier process and may become more difficult should Invincible's rage boost occur during the battle, though whether or not that comes to play is up for debate. Peter's sonics could help in overwhelming Mark, along with the fact that Spidey just has a lot more ranged options

I think I'll vote Spider-Man on this one due to skill, experience, range, and abilities that optimize his chance of avoiding Mark's attacks. That said, it would be a more tedious fight given the durability advantage
