Hey Confluctor, could you help me with this?
I've been seeing more about Superman (Rebirth) those days, and i have encountered this "debunk" by a guy, it's about that Superman statement about destroying the Phantom Zone.
"The exponential mass gain that allows someone to access the Phantom Zone and other realms in the Sphere of Gods shouldn't necessarily mean an increase in AP, as the tier consists in significantly affecting, creating, or destroying a space with a certain dimensionality, only existing in a fifth dimension does not makes you necessarily have Low 1-C (Phantom Zone's tier) AP. So it's not because you exist in a higher dimension that you necessarily gain a power up. And with that, Superman entering the Phantom Zone would not necessarily increase his power level, and if he was going to destroy the Phantom Zone it would be by his own power and not by a buff given by the Phantom Zone."
"The Phantom Zone is a prison, the idea is to give the impression that a character is powerful enough to get out of it, and the Phantom Zone is within the sphere of the gods, so you don't necessarily have to leave the material plane. The point is that in DC, a character doesn't always scale in AP to the dimensional axis in which it exists and the Tiering System is not based on existential status."
Could you help me with this doubt? does this really debunk Superman's "Low 1-C" given by the Phantom Zone amp? and that he has this AP on his own, without amps (and thus, giving Low 1-C to normal Supes at his peak, without any amp or key :v)
