Wasn't that just hyperbole? As well as inconsistent with everything else?

Don't see how it's an hyperbole and I don't see where is the inconsistency, even the Infinite Rotation profile from Jojo says that it does like infinite Damage due to it containg infinite amount of energy, there are a lot of supporting evidence tbh

Even if we take that at face value. It'd be High 3-A.
But there was a thread a long time ago about that, it's listed as "unknown" because people couldnt agree if it was or wasnt legit basically.

If it doesn't produce infinite Gravity then how does it ignore durability again? Shouldn't it pierce through the opponent body in order to destroy him and his soul?

Spatial hax, the holes, biological manip, deconstruction, soul destruction, the spin itself. There's a lot of ways it can and has ignored durability.
The infinite damage thing is actual the single thing it does that doesnt ignore durability.

For the soul part, the opponent just kinda, unravels, and eventually even the soul gets annihilated, and the remains of the body get sent into a different dimension. But the last bit happens yeah, on contact with the spin, they get afflicted by it for eternity, and their body and soul is destroyed over time (sometimes barely any) and then BFR'd the remains.

Okay but doesn't Infinite Rotation means Infinite Kinetic energy? Tho the in the IR profile it state that the damage it does is infinite and it should never end he clearly used 2 separated statements here, no ?

Never specifies kinetic, that's why it's unknown, could be, could be not. Vague, it just says it can likely inflict infinite damage and will last forever. Of course once you add all the other information regarding infinity about it, it becomes a lot more blatant, but still, it's unknown for a reason.

And I don't know what you mean by "two separate statements", but both those lines come from the exact same paragraph from the chapter inbetween bio.
