Scaling chain.
Rayquaza scales to Deoxys, who scales to Mewtwo, who in Mega scales to Zygarde, who scales to Ultra Beasts, who can do the above feat.
There's also PMD shit with Dark Matter's laser beams that crossed it's dimension but I'm unsure on what the canonicity on that is atm given there's been several canonicity threads lately.

They can open portals yeah, but in some cases, not all the time.
The above example has Sol/Luna straight up just fly thousands of light-years to reach a portal, with the game even giving an exact number for however far they fly. It can even go up to 99,999ly iirc.

No, but Rayquaza has fought Deoxys, who fought Mewtwo, who fought Zygarde who is on par if not above Ultra Beasts for the most part.
There's a scaling chain, though I'd prefer if the profiles actually linked the feats because I'm just guessing based on what I know personally.
There's the pokemon being able to go and return from deep space feats but I'm unsure if we even count those, and Dark Matter's beams are MFTL+ and Rayquaza and Deoxys both scale, but that's PMD canon which we recently tossed.
The verse profile doesn't even list the MFTL+ feats, or even the FTL feats, which is just bad form.
I'll probably make a thread later to fix that issue because it shouldn't be a ******* hassle for those that don't follow pokemon extensively just to figure out what 90% of the top tiers scale off.

In the example above that you showed me the Ultra beast had to use a wormhole to travel to the Ultra space, does wormhole feats scales to your speed feats as well?

You misunderstand.
They entered a portal yes, but by the time they reached the other portal, they manually crossed thousands of light-years while flying through Ultra Space.
The opening of wormholes isn't a feat, but traversing the interconnected dimension that connects all the portals together, is indeed a feat, and the game even tells us exactly how much distance was covered in light-years when you reach whatever portal it is you decide to go through, it can vary of course but it's like 100ly minimum to 99,999ly, simply depending on how far and long you fly for without ******* up the minigame.

Your scan only states that the wormhole exit was 3,000+ lightyears from your starting point. Not that they crossed that distance physically. It's not "we crossed 3000+ light years" it's "we were warped at a point 3000+ L.Y away from our starting point by wormhole" The wormhole connects those two point and as wormhole tends to do, cut that distance relatively for the pokemon.

Look I'm sorry but don't you have any better explanation about how the Ultra Beasts speed work? It's just that I find the scans that you posted very vague
Scaling off Deoxys, who's apart of Mewtwo's scaling chain.
Being able to fight Deoxys who comes from deep space and can pull meteors from there.
So basically Deoxys scaling, who has deep space feats and ultimately scale to I think Solgaleo and Lunala, who can cross thousands of light-years in just a minute or two in USUM.
